I think she’s really pretty and I heard she’s got some mean moves on the dancefloor… I hope she won’t go depressed and kill herself or anything after the movie like a certain deceased actress… I’m not so sure about this director *sigh* but I’m sure that since he’s really acclaimed and all that, the movie should turn out to be something special…

PCW makes visually exciting, trippin’ movies. but can he dress it up enough to reduce the BIG gap in acting ability, of SKH & KOB?
frankly, if top actresses turned him down, they probably see less in the film for themselves (other than bearing skin!) than it is for SKH (it’s likely his vehicle after all) & PCW.
i’m also a little worried about the story. PCW is extremely creative and visionary, but he doesn’t have much interesting to say about human relationships — unless they’re extreme emotions or very quirky concepts.

Wow, he saw all of that in her? I wasn’t impressed when I read about this in Popseoul, but after reading this quote my curiosity is piqued. Like you said, in his hands it could be interesting. I’ll be watching for it when it’s done filming, then.

Liked Kim Ok-bin in Hello God! but I never thought that she would accept this role that a lot of actresses have turned down because of the explicit scenes…maybe she’s ready for it…though I’m bothered by the plot…but with Park Chan-wook at the helm…I hope this project would do well…

So I saw Lust Caution and I really cant see her baring it like that. Nor would I want to see Song Kang Ho! Over the Rainbow was such a horrible drama but I didnt get the impression that she was a a good actress. I wish her luck!

I’m a biggg fan of Director Park Chan Wook, despite his violence and brutal style, his movies has a deep meaning. I loved JSA and Vengeance series so I was really looking forward to this. And I bet her favorite heroine Lee Youngae turned this down.. Anyway when you say explicit scenes there are few actresses who can do the role just good, like Kim Hyesoo, Jeon Doyeon or Kang Hyejung… I never imagined it can be Kim Okbin. I never liked/hated the girl coz for me she’s a mediocre actress (seen her in Hello God! Over the rainbow & Dasepo naughty girls) and her acting is like.. okay. But I have yet to see the movie. This movie can make or break her career I guess.

Kim Ok Bin…hmm I remember her from that drama with Yoo Gun. I forget the name…I’m sure someone will remind me. Anyhow, the initial storyline does seem cliched but I guess in the hands of a great director, any thing can happen.

Is it the movie that I heard PCW are finding the actress to act in it and most of them rejected it because of the explicit scenes? Another adultery and ‘ fatal love’ movie in Korean Entertainment. They sure have a lot of this is kind of movie! Sometimes the takes and the plays in it much more braver then mainstream entertainment aka Hollywood. The story line is not something new and it rather a repetition of other’s stroyline. It is not something that I will interested to take a peek to. Well, it is PCW peice so maybe they will be something different come out of it. We never really know. Yet I didn’t know if it bring any good message to the already ‘wrecked’ society and social disorder. But I hope something different will come out of this movie. We can just wait and see the summary of this movie later.
