What is it with odd “fashion” lately? I mean, couture is usually not wearable, but at least it should be attractive and memorable to look at right?

I agree with quicksilver18. I live in Thailand where she-males/ladyboys/kratoey abound and my immediate gut reaction was, ‘Oh look. They’re in Korea too!’
