I very much do enjoy the dish though the look itself is more distinctive than the taste. I have to drive across the state border to go to Korean restaurants. Where I live, Japanese steakhouses are more popular. (I actually live 75 miles north of New York City in USA, 2 hours by train,) so probably that is my best chance, but I will inquire in my local area as well. Thanks for the Blog!
