From the report, I can’t believe the fact that she was selling out her mom.

First off, her mom was on it and spoke willingly. Secondly, it’s no shame to hide the fact that your mom had polio or to share your story. I didn’t get the feeling that she was selling a “sob story”, but rather showing a mother-daughter moment between her and her mom.

I can’t believe the netizens didn’t focus on her mother’s condition, their date, or the mother’s story. The kids were so cruel! But people didn’t focus on that, did they? Shows that netizens are as cruel as those kids.

Wonder who deleted what she said? Her agents and manager? Or her herself after she stopped being angry and realized it would’ve hurt her image?

i dunno…. when i watched the ‘Happy Shares Company’ episode, wasn’t it the other way around? That the mom asked Horan if she was embarassed, and Horan replied with “why should i be?” So that was why the mom cried? (i guess becuase she was touched?)

and the netizens are cruel. The episode didn’t even seem like Horan tried to ’sell her sob story about her mom’. It was just a mother and daughter moment. What’s so wrong with that?

What is up with korean netiznes? They seem like psychos going after these celebrities for no reason! I don’t understand why they have so much hate towards people they don’t even know! If you don’t like someone, then you don’t ! Get over it and move on!

Korean netizens I swear are like the dumbest people in the world. Happy Shares Company is a show that follows stars (as they starve themselves for entertainment purposes) and that means getting a window into their lives, which includes their parents/family/close friends. For a country that prides itself on edemekashun, its citizens could do with a little critical thinking and investigative skills. If anything, they should be blasting the PDs, who edit the shows. Or perhaps even the public, for demanding such intense scrutiny of their public lives? So if she hid her mother, would be she cursed for being ashamed of her mother’s polio? You can never win with netizens, srsly~

i think ppl are forgetting about the tv station, they are the ones who produce the show and probably might be the ones who wanted this juicy information in to attract attention for the show..

I ‘ve not seen how the programme has portrayed the relationship.. but if they focus on just her mother and her polio disease 3/4 of the time, then i think its obviously out to elicit some sympathy. .. in the most obtrusive manner…
