Korea’s Little Brother, all grown up

Remember that kid Damdeok who almost stole the show in Legend from his older counterpart, playing Bae Yong Joon’s childhood self? (A refresher.) Yoo Seung Ho showed up on the 30th to the press conference for his new movie Do You See Seoul, which he filmed two years ago, and you can already see the difference from his appearance in the movie posters. Kid’s all done growed up.
It even feels odd for the actor himself: “It’s strange even for me to see how I looked two years ago… it’s me before puberty.” About being called a child actor, he explained: “From now on, I want to grow naturally into various acting roles.”
Do You See Seoul is set in the 1970s when simple village children from an isolated island town travel to Seoul on a school field trip (somehow the description reminds me of Truffaut). Yoo Seung Ho co-stars with actress Oh Su Ah; the movie opens on May 8.

just wanted to comment on this young actor..he looks like the “mini” so ji sub. he will surely grow up to be a handsome man!!!
Wow, he’s growing into a handsome teenager! Aww… I wish he were older, then I might go crazy about him, hehe. I still remember when he was a cute little boy in the movie “The Way Home”, that touching movie about a boy who goes to live with his grandma in the countryside for a little while. He’s going to be a great actor when he’s all grown up.
aww, he was the little kid in “The Way Home”? I didnt recognize him! But i liked the movie though, and he’s sure grown! Hope to see him in interesting projects in the future.
ok, he TOTALLY reminds me of that co-actor in “Time Between Dog and Wolf” who plays lee jun ki’s brother. anyone else see it?
^ Yes he kind of does. When he was younger he looked alot like So Ji Sub too. The last time I saw him was in “Sad Sonata”. Can’t believe the kids all grown up now! He has alot of potential. He’ll definitely make it in the business. Hwaiting!
Wow! He looks tall =O how tall is he anyway? He was really cute and adorable in Legend AND a good actor too, he has potential so I will be waiting to see more of him in the future. It’s too bad he is a bit younger than I am xD
he’s so adorable in The Way Home … i just love the part where his grandmother came home with a live chicken instead of ‘fried chicken’!! he’s grown so handsome now. his new movie sounds good …
wow..who’s he? And where did he come from?haha..he’s cute
Konichiwa!
Ya……..My first impression – he is like a mini Soo Ji Sup like someone here pointed out. Completely agree. He got a dash of the older Bae Yun-jin tho. for which I cannot deny esp. when he smiles. His smile has the likes of the older Bae Yun-jin! He certainly executes his role very well in THE LEGEND!
Bye!
He has certainly grown to be a handsome boy! I have this feeling that he will do many great things in the future. I look forward to them. “The way Home,” was certainly a great movie that he was in.
aww. look at him! haha so grown! He really does remind me of SJS and I know he’ll be just as great of an actor.
yup i loved him in that … 20022003? movie…
i’m not sure if it was the way home… but it was about a kid with his best friends and this pretty Seoul girl that didn’t get their life out in the country side.
he’s so cute
his eyes are smiling…..
LOVE U
hi hello. my cousin wants to meet you in personal but i said your just imaginary so she stopped dreaming. hehehe very funny
Well, i don’t really think that Seung Ho look like So Ji Sup. For me he more look like Won Bin. Look back his acting on Sad Love Song series. He really remind me to won bin…. anyhow he really talented
ang gwapo m????????????????????????
