In the BV promo clip, they havev a scene with KMM conducting the scrappy troupe to Gabriel’s Oboe, which is my favorite Ennio Morricone number. Sigh.

I’m just so excited for this drama Read this on Soompi — it turned out the title “Beethoven Virus” was a sweetheart wink to the Damo fan club. Some years back, fans from the club produced a Damo MV to Beethoven Virus. Lee Jae-kyu liked it so much that he wanted to use Beethoven Virus in a future project. Also it would be cool how LJK drops in the obligatory Ha Ji Won guest spot, ESPECIALLY with Jang Geun Suk in the cast.

This is just the perfect LJK project. He has terrific grasp of genre and film grammar, but above all, he is a genuine romantic. Beyond mere effect, he can marry a piece of music with a wordless sequence into a sublime summation of a time, love, a true filmic moment.
