Well it seems a storm in the tea cup as the album was released in china end of last year. Like all these things people are quick to point the finger but no one puts any retraction up, that doesn’t make good headlines.

the romance lol no do not think so it likely more of a teacher student thing they where putting across, still doesn’t cover why the lawsuit. Still I see Jang Nara got a new endorsement deal , it looks like so the $ still rolling in..lol

I find the way the english video was shot is disconcerting. Why did they make up the “romance” between them? The way they elongate the conversation they have in the studio, making it look like they’re looking longingly at each other. [Betcha he was correcting her english: she sticks out her tongue in frustration] And then when he gets in the car and she swipes at her nose. Crying or sneeze? Sigh.

Or are they really a couple?

Too Bad..I love Jang Na Ra

Looking at the youtube;s video when Shedrick Mithchell appear with Jang Na Ra on his recent visited, it proven that she didnt copycat but maybe the other hell ya person whom Shedrick Mithchell work has some problem.

I agreed with the above comment.

I hope Sarah aka dramabeans, takes the points carefully.

It s too BAD when netizens and Hyori fans was like defending her from copy the hell cat others piece.

I’m waiting more lawsuit to HYORI. She is like a queen of copycat.

I do not quite understand I mean didn’t Shedrick Mitchell appear with Jang Nara on a resent visit to Korea, more than once.

Or didn’t he own the copyright to the song after all as it seems from the above news report?
Or maybe it the other person he wrote the song with that making the fuss?

And yes her english singing of the song makes her sound as if she has a lisp, the trouble a lot a Asians have with hard consonants though she sounded kind of cute. She was certainly more than fine in Fairy Tale from Dream of Asia but that was likely done in a studio I never heard her try and sing it live.
I can not see how Jang Nara, other than at the bottom line as Jang corp is a family biz I guess, how she can be held personally to blame if Shedrick Mitchell can be sitting next to her at news shows and playing the piano for her when performing the song. It can only be trouble from the usa end.
Either Shedrick Mitchell did not own the copyright to the song wasn’t the sole owner or he wasn’t paid for the song in some manner
