Bae Doo-na is its latest victim; I’d thought we’d seen that last of those horrific things, because surely only the sartorially challenged Jae Hee would wear such a monstrosity, and hopefully just the once. We don’t expect it of an actress who’s known for her edgy fashion sense along with best-bud fashionista Gong Hyo-jin.
Please, designers: The crotch is not something to be screwed around with. Well, not that way.

I don’t find it that bad, this pant is sure a little anti-sex, but very fashionable and this summer was quite in. I wear one myself and find it cool and VERY flattering.

it’s a little strange and i won’t be buying a pair for myself anytime soon, but with the right get-up, it can work (i think boa wore something similar in her eat you up MV preview, korean version). it seems to state “i’m laid back and different.” for someone like me who prefers to blend in with the crowd, it’s not a practical choice, but to stars who are always on the edge of fashion, it can look really cool (but in the right hands…it looked awful on jaehee).
Lee Min Ki has a photo that came from his Special Photobook for a Japanese magazine: he had his legs through a sweatshirt from the looks of it…but it actually looks quite trendy on him.
Pants like that give people such a strange overall shape. SHUDDER. It makes the torso look way too long. But I guess it’s almost like wearing a skirt with pants. This pose just makes it worse, in my opinion.

i agree, this is rather unflattering since as comfortable as my long-johns are…i wouldn’t be caught wearing it in public!

drop crotch pants have been popular in europe for a while and i think was recently a trend in korea like a year ago or something. it’ll probably trickle into the states in the next year.
but… there are def. better pairs than that.
oh well. it seems like it won’t be too big in america. they tend to like their form fitting clothes too much to like this..
