her role sounds quite grown-up, a mature beyond her years type character? i’ve been interested in her since “mr. housewife”, so it’s good to see she’s not leaving the industry any time soon!

What an elevating bit of news for me to wake up to! Being amongst those of whom are firmly in the camp of his little wunderkind actress, I’d recently begun to worry that last year’s breakthrough performance by the cherubic sceen-stealer might have been the beginning and the end of her career. Completely overlooking the fact that she is just a child, and that children have more important jobs to fulfill (like school, play, and growing up) than providing us with age-defying quality entertainment, I feared that there may have been some posssibilty that the casting directors and production teams hadn’t been hit by the same arrow that struck me dead in the heart while spending those few short emotion-packed hours with little “Lee Bom” and the inhabitants of her tiny village community on the “Blue Island.”
Was it all just a dream? The awards, the acclaim, the talent that stood upon equal or near equal footing with seasoned veterans Gong Hyo Jin, Jang Hyuk, the great Shin Goo, and others… Apparently not! I am so looking forward to spending an elongated period of time watching this precious young actress working and growing as a performer with her smiling face beaming back at me from my television screen five days a week.
I truly believe that this kid could be the next Yoon Eun Hye. Nothing that I’ve seen of her work suggests otherwise. Thank you for the great news, Dramabeans. While I know that your time, like most anyone else’s, is severely impacted and must be carefully spent, I’d suggest that you provide a little room in your own world to find out what all the fuss is about. You may be pleasently surprised…

Yup, can’t say that I follow daily dramas but I’m sure this one will give her plenty of learning experiences.
