That was four years ago so I'm not sure if it's still like that today. I actually got the tickets back then. They send you a postcard and you have to get there early! It's pretty much a first come first serve basis. I came 10 minutes before the time that was written on my postcard and I had to stand up throughout the whole show. BUT BUT, it was an awesome experience. :] Good luck with the tickets!
