This episode probably shouldn’t be taken with too much seriousness, because it felt like everyone regressed for a moment into adolescence and acted like a bunch of kids. It almost seemed like the actors were having a bit of fun — and while it wasn’t, uh, realistic, it was cute how they joked and played around more than usual. (Also, there are a lot of funny faces today.)

Three new couples in one episode! I love it when dramas and romantic comedies have more than one couple. And I’m glad the drama is bringing to the spotlight characters who would usually just stay in the background- like Hyun-soo’s former lawyer friend who had only appeared like twice? with not-too-many lines and the good-looking receptionist guy (whom I did notice and told myself to get the actor’s name). The Hyun-sung and Kyung-ae couple looks cute too! And the repairing of Kyung-hwan with that ex-gf! I’m waiting for Hwa-young to find love. The lady totally deserves it after being such a good sport through the drama- dealing with her one-sided love for Hyun-soo, dead mother and a sick father, and being supportive of Hyun-soo and Kang-hyun.
I love this drama and the happy feelings it brings. This drama really stays true to being a romantic comedy.

I so love the last part when Kang-Hyun wants to self-improve, meaningful and well done in such a short time. And beautiful shooting.
So they explain about the housekeeping girl of KangHyun’s parents. I was curious since the first episode, what was she doing there? Their family is not rich enough to have a housekeeper. But then, knowing her situation, I’m glad that they help her, and find her match ^^
Till this point, I like HwaYoung so much. She deserves happy.
[They hit it off. She likes him because he’s good-looking, and he likes her because she thinks he’s good-looking. Ah, vain love. Their love story should be called “When Airhead Met Airhead.”]

Cheers to Sarah for being generous to find time to recap this series. Just two episodes more to go then we’re full. Hehehehe. I agree with A*, maybe we’ll see the Cash King coming back at the end of the series. Maybe he has also embarked on improving himself to become a nicer person.
Oh, one thing that Love Marriage showed me is the tamed versions of the known villains in the Kdrama scene. Seeing Hyun Soo’s brother and the Cash King soften up uncovered their “hotness”. Hehehehe.

I’m voting for the creepy rich guy who wanted someone to love him not for his money but for who he is for Hwa Young–since he chose her in the first place. Though they don’t look like a good match but who knows hehehe

Love & Marriage is truly coming to a close nicely, the other ‘couples’ development and how KH and HS are both changing and delevoping as a twosome as well as the nice touch where they show KH having an alone time to recharge herself. It is so true how sometimes when you are so enraptured with your partner that your mind is filled with him at the expense of everything else. So I thought the alone time was such a nice touch. I simply like the quirkiness of the characters and Kim Min Hee pulled that off to a T!! Thanks Javabeans for another great and insightful recap.

Also, this episode made me extra happy, not only because it was kyooooot, but also for the whole “I don’t want just to be someone else’s girl, I wanna be my own person, too” story line – and its brevity – and because it featured a Brazilian song!!! It played on the scene Hyun Soo and Kang Hyun meet before Hyun Soo’s “date”. As a Brazilian, It was a really cool moment for me! Aja, Brazilian music! XD

Such a cute and funny episode. Smiles all the way. I’m glad that Kang-hyun’s friends also noticed how the two are so formal with each other. But I guess it works for them. It’s kinda cute. Plus, honey and darling is so overrated. I also think Hwa-young will end up with the Cash King. The only thing they have in common is that they’re both rich and divorced. If not, Kang-hyun will figure something out.

When I first watched this drama, It reminds me of one of my all time favorite K-Movies which released in 2002 from the same writer titled ROMANTIC COMEDY/PERFECT MATCH played by Jung Jun Hoo and Shin Eun Kyung in which the female lead also a matchmaker.
At first I didn’t know it’s from the same writer but I was a bit surprise that the lead male character from both the movie and TV series had the same name Park Hyun Soo although the whole storyline between them were different so I guessed LM might be inspired by this movie back then. Later on from the internet I found out they were from the same writer In Eun Ah.
I love LM and Perfect Match as it give me a very nice feeling when watching both of them..
@bree – i have thought tha same thing that maybe Hwa-young will end up with Mr. Cash King. So i hope at the end, we will have a surprise, to find a better good looking HIM to present anew to Hwa-young. So everybody’s got a partner…just great !!!
Haha, this episode is so cute! I mean, three couples get hooked up! The airhead couple pairing is hilarious… Your Love and Marriage recaps are a delight to read… I always end up smiling by the time I’m finished reading it… Thanks! (especially when I have a lab exam tommorow. Boo…)
The story is really cool, I do like it. However, Kang Hyun’s clothes and hair style bother me a lot, I know i’m silly telling that but sometimes I feel like I can’t stand them any more.

but “Love & Marriage” is my “My Sweet Seoul”…I really want to like it, I watch every episode hoping that it’ll capture my attention but it just doesn’t.
Its a cute drama but it just doesn’t do it for me and I hate that it doesn’t cause I don’t like being the only person who thinks this way..not that its bad but I feel weird not liking something that everyone seems to enjoy sooo much

it’s sooo cute when she is hiding in the plants and she is totally visible… lol and he sees her but thinks he is seeing things (her) so he rubs his eyes and opens em and sees her so happily and starts running toward her all excited. and she is trying to hide her face. FREAKIN CUTE!
ep 15 is cute too. more new coupes hahaha
i’d have to say this was one of my favorite episodes just because of the cute moments like when hyun soo come out of the restaurant holding her purse and he’s obviously a little ruffled about the fact that she was talking to kyung hwan. hee hee too cute.
