Funny you say that because I never felt any sympathy for the pregnant GF in Lovers. I got the impression that he was with her out of guilt and obligation (because of how they first met), felt trapped and she knew it but still held on to him. Icky but I always felt that from his view, they were more like brother/sister than a couple. (Of course, it’s been a while since I saw Lovers, and usually not with 100% attention, so please correct me if I’m wrong.)

In almost the same way, I get the feeling that Chul-soo is with Eun-young out of a sense of obligation. That, and he felt that any relationship with Mari was total fantasy. *sigh* just like my little fantasies about certain Korean actors *sigh*

As a simple manager i think he cant act like a jealous lover … lol

YES, so true. But my perspectives are kinda contrary to yours.
Star’s Lover: Somehow I don’t feel sorry for Eun Young. I don’t get the feel Chul Soo felt anything that much for her to begin with.
Also, when he fell for Mari in Japan (but was in denial of his feelings) – he was actually officially ‘out’ of his relationship with Eun Young. (it was through Mari that he decided to start over again with Eun Young).

Chul Soo is also pretty upfront and not trying to keep Eun Young in the dark abt his growing feelings for Mari (even if he’s thinking Mari is an unreachable dream) ….

While Mari is pretty proactive about constantly reaching out to Chul Soo, getting under his skin (getting any reaction at all! ^ ^), and not really considering Eun Young.

But still -> I LIKE Mari!

Whereas in Lovers: Lee Seo Jin and his preggie gf … I DID feel bad there.
Perhaps because they had more of a relationship going, just dulled~bored by the passing of time, the length of the relationship etc. They shared more history/seemed to have gone through more together.
And there Lee Seo Jin was pretty much the asshole about stringing them both along with Kim Jung Eun feeling guilty abt being the one coming in-between

#34 I don’t think Chul Soo can refuse to acknowledge the kiss now that his affection for Ma Ri has become so obvious. What’s more worrying to me is how Chul Soo’s going to break up with Eun Young properly. Eun Young doesn’t appear to be ready to give up on Chul Soo at this point.

P.S. Wondering if anyone knows the song played in Episode 6 during the scene when Chul Soo rolls over and traps Ma Ri. Can’t find the song in the OST. Thanks in advance!
