KKM for the best actor and MGY for best actress. New actress? Lee Yeon Hee should NOT been on the list. Her acting is horrible. EOE story plot is just too messy .Hope Kim bun will win an award this time. He is better than SSH in eoe.

Yeah, leaving Jang Hyuk was kinda strange. Nominate Han Ye Seul, but not the main male lead?!? I think Park Shin Yang would have gotten a nomination had he not been entangled in his current legal situation.

A primetime KBS2 drama needed to get a nod, so it made sense for Kim Ji Soo to get a nom. I’m surprised that MBC did not nominate 2 actresses. It would have been a perfect opportunity to highlight Le Dolce Vita.

Mostly because she’s only 20 years old. I can’t believe The National Little Sister (Moon Geun Young) is OLDER than her! I still see her as that kid from My Little Bride!

Kim Myung Min is the clear favorite (again, the only one that can be considered a virtual lock) in the Top Excellence Award. His performance was critically popular and a cultural phenomenon — you can’t beat that. But Baeksang is known for the underdog vote, and SIG would be right there.

I do hope it is going to be a fair game for all the nominees. Please do not let it be like the MBC award nite. Ya, Lee Yeon Hee as New actress nominee?? She has been around for a while in both drama and film? Where is the fairness in this?

Anyway she is not an outstanding actress .her acting is quite bad.
EOE is way over rated and agree that it is unwatchable. Kim Bum is brilliant though as young Lee Dong Chul way better than SSH who played the adult LDC

You can watch it in mysoju or viikii.net.Kim Bum acting,Park hae jin and han ji hye is excellent compared to the lead and the story is very good but complicated.I did watch it since December and still awaiting for the coming episodes until it ends.I am afraid I was addicted or hooked up on this drama more likely I was crying the whole time when I watch it particularly starting episode 32.

of course,its going to be SONG IL GOOK for THE KINGDOM OF THE WINDS, just nobody does it better than SIG, i haven’t seen any actor who performed like he did, i’m not a korean but a been a fan of korean mini series and drama movie for the past 4 years, i’ve seen different actors and actresses who performed, but SIG has this gifted talent when he acts, you can feel the real character while he performed, you know KOREA entertaiment industry is very bless to have this kind of talent of a man who spread his talent to the world for us to see what KOREA is all about, I salute korean country for preserving your values and culture, and through this mini series of his like JUMONG, EMPEROR OF THE SEA, KINGDOM OF THE WINDS, we get to know your country, and we want to visit all those place we saw on the series of Song Il GOOK. He really deserve the TOP EXCELLENCE AWARD for this coming February

I’m rooting for Kim Myung Min for the Best TV Actor category and Moon Geun Young for the Best TV Actress category. Both have delivered stellar performances in their respective dramas last year!!

I’m a bit shocked that they pulled Kim Ha Neul from the list and replaced her with Kim Ji Soo. I’m surprised NOT because Kim Ji Soo isn’t deserving to be in that category but because there’s an obvious actress nominated in that category, who has been criticized for her acting in the drama, that should’ve been removed instead of KHN.

I’m also bewildered as to why Lee Yeon Hee is nominated in the Best New Actress category. She’s been around for a quite a bit and appeared in a number of dramas prior to EOE.

BTW, does anyone know why they moved the Baeksang Awards to February from April?
