Kang Hye-jung is a quirky actress who does quirky film/tv projects (see Welcome to Dongmakgol) so this pairing isn't really that surprising (not all the type to go for the tall, hunky type).

Have to disagree w/ javabeans w/ regard to Flowers For My Life.

The 1st 50 minutes of it was great - quirky scenes w/ Kang at her family's funeral parlor and working at a hospital as a nurse.

However, once Cha Tae Hyun's character was introduced, it all went downhill (god, his character was annoying).

Basically, FFML had poorly written dialogue, ridiculous scenarios, annoying characters and pretty much every K-drama cliche (which isn't necessarily bad if done well or w/ a fresh spin, but it wasn't).

Cool! Love them both.

She's an awesome, awesome actress..I love all her works! And he's such a talented musician..They make THE perfect couple!.

In my class the other week, someone in my group had to act out KHJ part in Dokmakgol- it was hilarious. But she's such a cutie.
