The upcoming omnibus film Ogamdo [오감도] has a provocative new poster out, and the first question — given its star-studded cast — is which of its leading ladies is featured in the nude photo. The answer: none. The production explained that the poster — which conveys the movie’s primary motif of “eros” — used a body model, not one of its high-profile actresses (like Kim Min-sun or Uhm Jung-hwa).
The tagline reads: “See, pass by, feel…” and is followed by the subtitle “A story about more than eros.” Each of the film’s various vignettes falls under the love/eros theme, but will be filmed by a different director, of whom there are five signed on to the project:
Heo Jin-ho (Happiness)
Byun Hyuk (Interview)
Yoo Young-shik (Shim’s Family)
Oh Ki-hwan (The Art of Seduction)
Min Kyu-dong (Antique Bakery)
Ogamdo is looking at a July release.
I’m not sure which director will work with which actors, but the cast list is long and notable. (When I say “star-studded,” I’m not exaggerating. Here is the roster:)

I totally covet her body. Especially the nice butt BUT its a good thing I don’t have that kind of body since I would waste too much time checking myself out. Not to mention fighting off 90% of the men and 10% of all the women. It sounds pretty tiresome when you think about it.
I will go ahead and be blatantly sexist: i hope Jung Eui-chul’s role is more eros than love, with no body double (*blush*). Thank you, Korean Film Industry, for countering the G-rated dramas with oftentimes (it seems) X-rated movies.

Is it ok to have a naked woman on a poster but it’s oh so totally wrong to have fully-clothed and yet hinting-at-sex actors on the Breathe one? Is it because nudes are supposed to be artistic? Mind you, I’m the first one to say the Ogamdo’s pic is really, really beautiful, but it seems like tptb are applying double standards. Feels like, that is.
