Hong Gil Dong was a big help for his career. I truly only noticed him on that drama, but the first thing I've seen him from without realizing it is Summer Scent . Before Hong Gil Dong, I also watched his small part in Save The Last Dance as the doctor crush and lead role on Fireworks (but this drama seemed too cliche even though I loved his character on that). After watching Hong Gil Dong, I saw stars potential on him and began to search out for his other dramas. One I had to buy at YesAsia because it was never subbed is Be Strong Geum Soon. I found out it was the drama that made him popular. I love his cute and emotional side on that drama. Currently rewatching the 165 episodes again with my mom. I guess the newest work I've seen from him is Capital Scandal since I skipped it when it first came out. Feel bad that people didn't recognize his talents there because that drama is awesome and his child-like enthusiasm is a must watch. Really want to watch his new movie with Kim Haneul.
