the last episode aired last night, and seriously, i haven’t loved a drama in this long. so many korean dramas are enjoyable, but this made me bring out all the emotions i possess. at first i only watched it for lee dong wook (beacuse who wouldn’t) but around ep 5, i started getting obsessed with it. the acting is brilliant – LDW can do SO SO SO much with his eyes, and the two main leads have the best, natural chemistry i’ve seen in ages, and for them to be able to do it with no physical acts the whole drama is incredible. the other actors as well are fantastic – all the subplots are so interwoven and very well done. and even the actors for the court cases a few episodes long … all of them are so immersed in the characters, and the other lawyers are so chilling. the plot too, is pretty well thought out – it’s a bit awkward at the beginning and a bit at the end – but it displays the best of all actors.
yeah basically this is a rant because i’m in post-partner depression, but it’s definitely a drama to keep watching because it just gets better and better every episode.
