Lee Seon-kyun (White Tower, Coffee Prince) married his longtime girlfriend, actress Jeon Hye-jin, in a May ceremony, but due to immediate filming of his drama Triple, he put off the honeymoon till later.
Now it’s later, and with Triple off the air, the newlywed couple set off for Thailand on August 2 for a ten-day vacation. Part of the reason Lee hurried to take the trip so soon after the drama’s finish is because his wife is five months pregnant, and the further along she gets, the more difficult an overseas trip would become. The couple is expecting their first child in December.
Meanwhile, Lee Seon-kyun has one more project due out this year, the movie Paju. He plays the boyfriend of Seo Woo‘s older sister, and their relationship grows complicated when the sister dies and Seo Woo suspects him of being involved even as she starts to fall for him.

Watched Coffee Prince and Lee Seon-kyun’s voice bothered me at first but then as the drama progressed, I have gotten so used to it that by the time Coffee Prince ended, I think I can already recognize his voice even with my eyes closed.
I am glad that I was exposed to the deep timbre of Lee Seon-kyun’s voice because it prepared me for Jang Geun Seuk’s deep and husky drawl. LOL.
Neeways, I am happy that LSK found the time to travel with his wifey. They both deserve the much-needed R&R.
If I’m doing the math right, it’s another couple married after discovering their pregnancy.
Sorry to say this, but I don’t think Triple was worth it for him to make his wife wait for their honeymoon. Even if Triple was a really really great drama, he still shouldn’t have made her wait. He’s lucky he didn’t marry someone like me, I would’ve been really pissed off ….. ha ha.

got married in May, expecting a child in Dec. errhh so they got married because she got knocked up. Why can’t men commit without having to be forced by circumstances?
He proposed to her prior to the knocking up part. They were in a stable relationship for over 2 years. Being pregnant had nothing to do with it. They were also engaged so its highly possible they discussed having children during that time. In other words want to be parents right away, to them its a bonus. Leave the pregnancy angst out.

@10 — i think everyone loves vacationing in thailand, i hear people of different nationalities talk about going there for vacations. i have never been there but i would love to see the place. maybe one day i will
@7 — i don’t think getting married while pregnant is a new trend, it’s been happening since time immemorial
people are just much more open about it these days.
i know quite a lot of people who were already pregnant when they got married, and the vast majority of them are still together after many many years. if they had gotten married just because of the pregnancy, those marriages couldn’t have lasted long. they may have just become a tad careless with birth control in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding. they’re planning to start a family anyway so why bother
Nice for the couple, and yeah, Triple seemed hardly worth the delay (overall, a very weak drama w/ annoying characters, silly circumstances and bad dialogue; just shows that even a very good director like Lee can’t rescue bad writing).
Aw, good for him! Seems like he’s been working pretty much nonstop.

So the only reason to get married nowadays is to get pregnant …. k-actors’ lives are so not like what in the dramas are they? completely the opposite
