You’ll often hear about actors (usually the headliners) giving out surprise gifts to drama and film crews. The gifts are often small but given as an expression of gratitude, and usually come in the form of food, clothing, cosmetics, and the like. Jung Il-woo is the latest to do so, having given 150 T-shirts to the staff of his current drama My Fair Lady.
(I predict Jung won’t be the last; Yoon Eun-hye and Yoon Sang-hyun may feel the pressure to join in now that the third lead has made his move, LOL. However, the fan clubs of all three main leads have already supplied the crew with gifts: Jung’s fans sent dduk (rice cakes) and snacks earlier this month for the whole staff while commemorating Jung’s thousandth day in the business. Yoon Sang-hyun’s fan club provided samgyetang (whole chicken soup) lunches at the drama’s opening prayer ceremony. Not to be outdone, Yoon Eun-hye’s fans supplied the production with cold drinks, chocolate, and lunch.)
Jung Il-woo said, “In this constant heat and tight filming schedule, the ones suffering the most are the staff. I prepared this gift with a thankful spirit as we all hope for a successful run for the drama.”

Actually no one tried to outdo eachother, YEH’s extravagant event was held first it was in August 9th but her fans made sure there was no media around when they held her event.
Her fans did an outdoor buffet for the whole cast and crews + gifts. At first Yoon Sang Hyun thought it was for him, he had tears in his eyes, but then found out those were from YEH fans.

i am sorry to say this… but T-shirts? on hot days? i probably bet the crew already wear T-shirts… because it is summer. what else can you wear during summer? it is not like the T-shirts will magically protect the whole crew from heat. but hey… it is the thought that counts, right? i still like JIW anyways.

i think jung Il Woo fattened up a bit. his face looks fuller in this drama, whereas in the other drama (Return of Iljimae) he was looking really thin and…well thin.
Jung II woo really got my attention in this drama.i really like his fair-spotless skin(wonder what cosmetic is he using).i didn’t know about his existence until my fair lady episode 2.he looks good in suit and his smile is so sweet.i not sure about his past projects,but he really did his part in this one..
