i just can’t believe…she was one of my favourite korean actress…talented, humble beautiful T-T
she will be sadly missed
my thoughts are with her family and friends.

If Mr. Kim had not registered their marriage in Korea, would they not be considered married? That is, are marriages between Korean citizens which take place outside of Korea not considered valid?

There are often end of life issues and choices so I can see the need for them to be legally married. To be her advocate, being her boyfriend, may not have been enough.
I hope it brought her some happiness and she left this world at peace.

Makes sense to me that she got married. She knew her time was almost up and want to profess her love for the man who had stayed with her all this time.

@7 and 11 – I thought the same… it’s a shame that someone like her who wants to live and fought hard to do so had to die so soon, while there are those who could have lived long and fruitful lives but just gave up

It’s so sad that she died right after getting married, i feel really bad for Mr. Kim but it’s amazing how much he loved her. He’s a great man for not leaving her despite knowing her circumstances and stood by her side the entire time. She was a beautiful, great actress and doesn’t deserve to die this early.
@7: i totally agree, it is nice how she kept on fighting till the end and even fulfilled her wish to get married. No matter how hard things get you should never give up on life.
