Hot-Blooded Salesman [열혈장사꾼] is the new KBS drama series starring Chae Jung-ahn (Cain & Abel) and Park Hae-jin (East of Eden) as, well, hot-blooded salesmen. Specifically, car salesmen. In these stills and preview clips (watch below), Chae gets into character showing off a sexier image than her usual elegant one.
These new stills come from scenes recently filmed in Seoul’s Kangnam district at a foreign car dealership. The scene in which Chae wields a sword (shown in previously released stills) depicts the younger, more innocent version of her character acting the part of a hero. Following her entree into the business world, however, she becomes cold and successful as a famous car dealer.
Hot-Blooded Salesman also stars Choi Chul-ho (Partner) and Jo Yoon-hee (2009 Hometown of Legends) and will take Iron Empress‘s timeslot beginning October 10.

@all4movies: While I’m not sure about the sword (The scene in the sword may not have been an actual event that occurred in the drama, but perhaps it’s one of those scenes that try to depict the fierceness of Chae Jung Ahn… like two guys talking about her, than suddenly theres a scene with her and a sword…), in the second clip, Park Hae Jin is fighting with himself. That scene has nothing to do with cars, but Park’s character of always “challenging himself”.
While some may think a story about a cars-salesmen may be weird, it can be interesting depending on how the drama goes. I’m actually looking quite forward to it.
they’re making the previews intense bt I can tell by those facial expressions it’ll be some light hearted comedy with cheesy facial expressions once ina while XD

Choi Chul-ho is pretty active these days…from Queen of Housewives to Partner to this. I’m not sure if I’m going to watch this, since the story doesn’t really interest me…But CCH is a pretty solid actor and I liked him well enough in Partner.

Haven’t seen Park Hae-jin since Infamous Chil Sisters so I’m looking forward to seeing him in a VERY different role. And *love* Choi Chul-ho who was wasted in Partner.
I can’t remember the last time KBS aired a contemporary drama on weekends at 10pm. I think the swords make it permissible as fusion sageuk keke.
I am a fan of Choi Chul Ho but he doesn’t look good with that hairstyle in this drama. I like Chae Jung Ahn after watching Over the Green Prairie. She had a great chemisty with Yoon Tae Young there.

I’ll probably watch cuz I like PHJ & CCH. The actress….still I’m not quite sure about her…..But I’m willing to give it a try!

Chae Jung Ahn looks AWESOME in that first image. I took one look at it and wanted to print it and run off to my hairdresser, telling her I want my hair exactly like that XD
That said, the drama looks like it’s going to be on good crack, so I’m not sure whether I’ll be watching it, despite my interest in watching Park Hae Jin in another drama after By Land and Sky.

This will prove to be a challenge. I mean, car sales is a rare center topic, ne? Interesting enough, and hopefully they can be consistent with that.
I also love Choi Chul-Ho. He was brilliant in Partner.

ohman, i wasn’t going to watch this, but i’ve just gone back and watched all the PHJ-LTR scenes in seven princesses (and i mean every single one >_>) and i’ve fallen in love with him all over again. and CCH was really good in partner too … if the drama has them, it can’t be that terrible. xD

This just aired on KBS WORLD, and I cannot peel myself away from the screen. It is addictive and I cannot wait until the weekend to watch more. All of the characters are deliciously appealing
and the storyline has been moving along very, very nicely.
Viewers should give this drama a chance! The storyline isn’t typical, but it’s very encouraging to work diligently to obtain what you want. It’s a whirlwind of what I’ve been needing.
