Yeah, it's a little unrealistic how fast William's picking up Korean, but at the beginning, they showed that he has a real aptitude for languages.

Anyhows, I'm not complaining too much. I'm over the English.

I think Im Joo Hwan looks lots better in traditional clothes. I saw him before on BBF, but felt nothing special about him. But after seeing him in Tamra, i thought he is adorable.

I absolutely love Tamra, and I love your recaps and analyzations even more. However, I've come to realize that the little Tamra icon under your "In Progress" category has disappeared. Does this mean this is the end for Tmara recaps? D:

Thank you for recaping this wonderful little drama. I've just discovered it last week and I liked it so much that I can't wait to order the D-Cut dvd that will come out in March with English subs.

As it is, I wasn't able to watch Eps 9 and 10 with subs and I was counting on the recaps to tidy me over. Will you be continuing them?

I hope that many others will be tempted by this drama. It deserves to be more well known. I came to it late but better late than never :o) It's your recaps that made me want to try this drama so, once again, thank you.

I'm fully on board Team Park Kyu by the way. Boy can fight, is smart and so completely devoted to his tiny, troublesome 'pony' (although he'd fiercely deny it, lol). What's not to love?

Hi Gallivanter (and Nazreal)

I just wanted to thank you both for undertaking the Tamra recaps. I know this drama will forever be a beloved but less watched gem, but that's all right, because those who have watched it will be touched by its heart and beauty forever, like Park Kyu is changed by going to Tamra.

I can't wait for new recaps, but no rush or hurry, just wanted to let you know that yet another Islander is on board and will be cheering for your recap project.

Team Park Kyu fighting!

Thanks for another awesome recap! :) You guys have a great partnership going!
After reading the recap...i went to rewatch this ep again just so i could comment with it fresh in my mind...*LOL no drama has ever made me do such a thing before... think i've hit my record in terms of posting too... although...forgive me if i spend most of the time raving over Park Gyu....

Ep 4 was definitely the episode that turned this drama into something worth watching for me and I feel that the whole tone of the drama sort of settled down as well. And the fact that they are moving away from the english dialogue is also a YAY factor for me.:) Forget logicality. ha ha i'd rather they all speak korean. *LOL

There was such a great balance of both humour and seriousness, and being an IJH shipper too... you get to see an amazing range of expressions in this episode! The eyes...the eyes...*swoon... I'm usually pretty dense when it comes to understanding non-verbal stuff but I have absolutely no problem reading the emotion in IJH's eyes every time... I don't get the Mr Darcy ref coz I haven't read P&P (gasp! the shame) but today... I will go and find this book and read it...*LOL

I am loving the chemistry between all the actors... don't think I have ever seen a drama in which everything just seems to gel so well. I think Park Gyu's interactions with Yi Bang are really interesting and the way they stare each other down is like...tension tension...ha ha.

also loving the scenes between Park Gyu and Beo Jin's mum... I love her!!! And i really dig the way they interact with each other... they both communicate with their eyes...words aren't necessary to convey what they want to say... you can really feel that they are slowly forming a deep understanding with each other. The scene where Beo Jin was hiding in his room and he had to face her mom...it was totally hilarious. One of my favourite scenes definitely.

Have to admit that while initially all I was interested in was Park Gyu, lately I've started to pay more attention to the other characters.:) William unfortunately still doesn't sit well with me for some reason... of all the characters, he seems the most one-dimensional. Yan, on the other hand... is really intriguing. Really hope the extended version will explain more about him. There are so many secrets surrounding him... and he is such a linguist! :)

I still find it funny that Ggeut Boon’s mother and Gguet Boon... hardly look like mother and daughter...but i guess that is all part of the comedy?

sorry for the long long post... in all, i just loved this episode! Keep the great recaps coming!!!:)
