Wow, really that much of fans showed up in the concert? WOW... i am extremely amazed. Hats off to those fans and all the fans all around the world...
Even the ratings weren't that good as Iris, i think YAB is more popular than any other kdrama in 2009. IT'S the Best kdrama. With all the fans all around the world (including me), i seriously hope that they might extend the episode to 20 in DVD, perhaps...like recently Temari ISland (i am sorry i'm confused with name) got extended episodes in Dvd.

JB, thanks for the spoiler-free news! I've been avoiding the YB thread at soompi for the past 2 weeks so that I don't chance upon spoilers for episodes 13-16 and I'm glad that I've been successful :D

I noticed the skirt in the picture too, but I don't consider it a spoiler.

I'm actually looking forward to the end of YB because I believe it's good to end things on a high note, rather than dragging out the slightly-insubstantial plot for a few more episodes or even having a season 2 *this is just my humble opinion, don't throw stones at me!*

So happy about the turnout for the concert for YB. Excited to watch the episodes this week. At the same time sad..because it is the END. I hope they end with a good rating!

PLus, I want to wish for a Directors CUt of the DVD if ever. That way, we get to see extras that may have ended up in the editing room. And hopefully there will good subs for it. And wish that the extras will have subs too.

Next week will be really hard. YB withdrawals coming!

wish i had something to brag about next year, when you're beautiful starts to dominate asia and the world. to say that i was one of the first 300 people who viewed each episodes on youtube in the middle of the night mere 3 hours after it was aired in korea.

First of all, group hug!! I am thankful for the big YB family here that I know will help me through the withdrawal period. Reading this post has made me sad and I'm going to really miss it. I think we'll need to organize a magic bus ride every so often for therapy sessions after the show is over.

Just watched the concert videos on Youtube. I had to smile remembering what a wonderful journey this has been thanks to the cast and crew of YB especially the Hong sisters for bringing us this wonderful drama.

A word of caution, try to stay away from the fanvideo that has JGS talking only. My Korean is not that good but I think he was actually reading the script to the audience. And I didn't watch the videos that didn't say fanvideo because I believe they were some of the SBS cuts, which I was afraid may contain spoilers.

be still my heart...it's beating wildly....like i'm in my teens.....wahhhh...kudos to yab for reducing an almost ajumma to a squeeling happy moron....I'm really sad that this show is ending...I can't get enough of Anjell, of Minam, of tae Kyung...an am really beginnin to like shinwoo and jeremy....How can the show be so short....it's so unfair...if only jgs and psh date for real...it would be a fan blast...

If this is going to be goodbye, its gonna be a really sad and nostalgic one...i guess we can't hold on to a drama no matter how much we love it and no matter how much we've come to treasure its characters...this is even worse than my hong gil dong hang over....

i really hope for season 2... i understand that most of 2nd seasons never live up to the viewers' expectations but i think 16 episodes aren't enough to satisfy my relish for this drama...i know that some people know exactly how i feel...

OH MY LORD!!! watching their last mini concert makes my heart ache. . . i mean I've been a kdrama addict since I was in first year high school (now I'm in the last year of my COLLEGE life). . . . thinking about it, I've been a KDrama follower now for almost 8 years. . . . Obviously , YAB is my latest obsession now, and it saddens me that this show has reached its end. . . Usually I really don't get affected that much with the other show's ending. . . I mean just like last January, during BOF days, I would say that i went crazy for months because of that show, but when it ended, i didn't felt bad at all. . .and I was able to let go and settle my thoughts & feelings ahead of time before it ended. . . . . In YAB, it's different!! To tell you, my state now is doomed, perplexed and tremendously agonized!! I just can't let go. . .My heart and soul is totally not settled with it!! They've been the hardest habit to break!!!. . . Having alcohol withdrawal is never easy!! HOW MUCH MORE IS THIS!!! I bet I'll need to buy loads of chocolate and eat it once for my worsening depression. . . I NEED MORE SEROTONIN!!! T_T this is just too much!!! I can't even think and concentrate with my lessons in school now!!! My school life is really affected. . . and having the thought that there's nothing I can do with the show's near ending is not helping me!!!! Call me SELFISH, CRAZY or anything!! SEASON 2 SEASON 2 SEASON 2!

i know people don't want a season 2 because they think sequels don't live up to the reputation, but what if, just what if, season 2 is even better than season 1??? hahaha, i'm willing to take that risk.

If it ends up bad, we'd at least have 16 episodes of looking at good-looking people. And we can just rewatch season 1 to relive the pleasure :)

Sigh. As much as I want a season 2, because I don't want this series to end (and clearly neither does the cast!), I would hate to watch everything and everyone get torn apart, just so we could have enough drama for a second season. A movie, on the other hand, would be just perfect. (Too bad nobody's talking about that!)

I did notice the skirt, which I really don't consider a spoiler, because Park Shin-hye could have either have changed for the final curtain call so that the fans could see Mi-nyeo one last time. But I'm not sure if it's a spoiler or the product of my own wishful thinking that Jang Geun-seok & Park Shin-hye seem to be wearing matching outfits!

i am so so sad that this is ending..I felt like it just started off yesterday :(

It is so painful to wait for the new episode every week and to watch each episode raw and then in Chinese/English again. I have never done this in the past. I think I will rewatch the whole series again. I will enjoy the drama even more...and once again. ....

Aloha to all the people who made this journey so ENJOYABLE and so SPECIAL! I never thought I would get swept up in a drama....but from the very beginning I couldn't stop following YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL. The casting was absolutely marvelous....I believe there will always be a Go Mi Nam and Tae Kung in our hearts because they made the drama come alive!

I will miss it all....but will look forward to seeing more out of the young actors in other dramas.

I love love love this drama. Seriously, this is my first time to follow a kdrama. I quited all those stuff (BOF, shining inheritance, Gong, my girl etc.) after just a few eps. YAB is definitely my favorite Kdrama!!!
It's so sad that we gonna have the ending this Thur.

You're Beautiful has a very different mood to it. The story makes one feel light and good. I hope they would make a season 2 but as how the actors talked about it, I don't think they will. Oh well...

I'm so sad that we only have two episodes left. And I do want to be carried away, I hope there will be a season 2!

If a second season is not possible, then can we at least hope that JGS, PSH, LHK, and JYH will work on new projects soon? I will surely miss these guys. They have all done a wonderful job in You're Beautiful.

I am also sad that the drama is ending this week. A season 2 will be perfect, however, oversea concerts won't be a bad idea. At least for "pans" like us be able to attend their concerts and see them in person. I wish I was at the concert. Thank you JB for this nice spoilerfree YB fix! (Personally, I love spoilers, but I understand why many people prefer to stay away from them, and I appreciate that you are offering a safe haven to keep talking about YB now that Soompi is spoilerville ;-))

It made me happy to see how many fans gathered to attend the concert and cheer the cast showing them their love and support. I've read that the production team was not even expecting such a crowd, and as they were not prepared there were a few problems and delays. Appearently some fans complained about this, to the point that JGS posted a message on the SBS board to thank the fans and apologize for the problems during the concert. I think that was very nice of him. I really did not know JGS before I started watching YB, but the more I hear and read about him, the more I appreciate and admire this young amazing actor.

And now I'll add my own "Don't want it to end!!!!!!!!" to all yours ;-) As much as I am dying to see the last two episodes, it makes me incredibly sad that this is the end. I don't usually cry over sad scenes in dramas and movies, but I am sure I'll need a box of tissues on Thursday evening just because I'll have to say goodbye to YB and all the characters. It's been an awsome journey: watching the raw episodes on Wed/Thu, rewatching them when the subs came out, anticipating the following episodes, reading JB's recaps, discussing, commenting, sharing the YB addiction with all of you... For all the unexpected, wonderful emotions YB has been giving me, I have no doubt that this drama will always have a special place in my heart. I'll miss it. I'll miss TK, MN, SW, Jeremy and the other charachers (yeah, even HY... probably not MHR though;-)) as if they were real people.

Yet, even though I know that now I am in for some post-YB-depression-and-withdrawal, I am so grateful I've got to watch this little gem! :-)

I'm sad that it's ending too although I have been very distracted by other things so I haven't been thinking too much about YOB - which is good, otherwise, I'd go crazy waiting. LOL

Agree with bluelights and karened. BOF was a huge hit at first, but look at how many people say that it's crappy now! There were a lot of bad things about it, but the fact that they extended it so much probably didn't help. I'd rather YB stayed in my mind (and everyone else's) as a true gem of a drama. As some above said, I'd much rather get a DVD version with all the cut scenes and stuff. :)

That said, this is the first drama I've been really addicted to. Although the wait between episodes is pure torture, there's a lot of fun to be had in combing the net for recaps and BTS and of course, spazzing over it with the communities here at DB or in Omona or Soompi. Thank you guys for all the comments I had fun reading!! Part of the fun is the wait.

To curb YB withdrawal symptoms. Apart from everything D said, I've also been snapping up anything to do with the cast or the drama. XD For me, that includes magazines (if you live in Malaysia, try Epop or YG) cos right now all the editors are obsessed with the drama.
