I do not watch a lot of Kdrama, only a few, not even 10 and just follow the one I enjoy the most.

I really love JI & HS couple, they are so cute and good together. I would like them to be together forever but do not prefer the way the way writer turned JI into an insecure person who suffers emotional hurt a lot of times caused by HS unintentionally.

From episodes 19 & 20, the writer dropped a few hints about our couple’s emotional state and especially the feeling HS has for JK:
birthday’s gift
computer password
one-sided love is love

And with JK’s confession, HanSe trying to buy back the house, we have the feeling what’s going to happen. HS has has to go through each step to really know whom he really loves and cares before he can commit himself to that person. For JI, she has almost every thing except schooling and career. I’d rather see the writer concentrate on building her confidence up rather than turning her into a weak, insecure person who is easily hurt by others. It’s enjoyable to watch her feisty, charming, determining personalty than the gloomy, unhappy side.

So it’s up to the writer, they either make it or break it, the ratings.

i skipped like a bunch of episodes in the middle cuz i wanted to see jungin’s and hyun su’s love scenes, but in doing so i missed the kiss scene where jungin kisses hyun su. can anyone tell me what episode that was?

I actually thought, at the end, that the JI clutching on to HS’s hand wasn’t so much a symbol of trust as it was of insecurity, echoing all the times when HS has had to choose between JI and JK (remember when JK called him out when he was teaching JI about her headlight designs?).

So far, I don’t think any of the characters are ‘out of character’ since JK has always struck me as imminently selfish – this whole moving out, starting to like HS, avoiding her family, avoiding her so-called ‘love’ and his nasty daughter seems to fall in line with that.

Same with JI – although she’s feisty, but she does have a submissive side to her (which you see with Han-Se’s Mother) and I suspect she tends to be like that if she feels respect / love / fear (and helllloooo if you were being compared 24/7 to an older sister whom everyone feels is brilliant, I bet you’d be carrying around an insecurity complex the size of a boulder as well).
