Dark melodrama Bad Guy began its shoots in Japan, then relocated to film in Jeju Island. On March 26, the filming location in the city of Seogwipo, Jeju Island, was opened to the media, and a new set of stills has been released. Among planned shoots are those involving paragliding and yacht sailing, while the stills below show the drama’s star Kim Nam-gil in the thick of action as a stuntman. They also include the initial meeting between his character and Han Ga-in‘s, which will air in the first episode.
My interest in this drama has been growing since watching the preview clip, which gives the show a cool, dark edge. Bad Guy has been stirring buzz not only for its cast but also its director, Lee Hyung-min (I’m Sorry, I Love You), and its stylish and artistic look.
The drama is aiming for a May premiere, and is currently in talks with SBS to determine its slot in the schedule.

is that the guy who won the baeksang new comer award this year? haha.. well, kim jae wok and kim nam gil, girls will love the combo. i agree with all of you guys, everytime i watch melodramas, it really hurts my eyes, my ears, and my emotion. hehe.. but in the end, why do i need to watch more melodramas. im still not done with WISFC and yet, im looking forward to this.

i LOVE angst. i love melodramas. i’m SO IN for this…. w/ the exception of Han GaIn.. not impressed with her acting at all, even if she’s pretty to look at.
as KNG wasn’t killed by Lee Yo won’s husband while filming QSD …I think he’s behaving nicely with his female co-stars
On the other hand Han Ga In said in an interview that she’s changing the TV channel when her husband have a romantic scene with his co-star

i saw him in a gay korean movie, and man… those EYES. he was a phenomenal actor there, so i will definitely check this out, as well!

girls and boys don’t be so impatient…The day before(Eve of storm ) will have its premiere on April 1st. Just 3 days until you will have a slice of KNG.. in that movie we’ll have some prison break… some AIDS and, I bet, a lot of angst ( I wonder when I could see it in Europe )

im really looking forward into this drama series since this would hgi’s comeback series after 3years of hiatus.. kng and hgi look good together.. hope hgi’s acting would be better than before.. i have high hopes for her and this drama.. the love triangle is intriguing – hgi-kng-kjw.. i can’t wait to watch this kdrama!!!

you think “when spring comes” ridiculously stupid? wow. i thot it was one of those better dramas out there, along with in-soon is pretty. though, in-soon is pretty is still at the top of my list. lol.
@Doublen I’ve seen that drama When the spring comes just because I saw Park Gun Hyung and Kim Nam Gil acting….without translations….and I believed them as prosecutors/lawyers….but when I’ve seen the whole show with eng sub …the lines were horrific…and KNG OTP wasn’t properly written until the end!Rarely a girl will fall in love for the same guy after she dumps him…when a relationship doesn’t work te first time …hardly will work the second time-A woman could come back only if she did that to drive him crazy..but in the movie wasn’t necessary..the dude was already crazy for her.The main OTP-lack of angst….he was like prince charming and she was like the perfect cinderella….and they lived happily ever after…dreamy and perfect….yes…boring yes as well
But Kim Nam Gil suffering for the girl-this is something worth seeing …waw I would do that without remorse only to see him mad because of me…in fact the only good thing in WSC was KNG’s angst
On the other hand In South Korea…the lawyers or doctors dramas….errrmmm don’t really have so many ratings….and I think they don’t even bother to write them well..As far as I remember none of this kind of drama was the hit of the year …
this kind of kdrama have been exceeded by americans with The Closer, Law &Order, CSi Miami…and doctor shows like House M.D, Scrubs, E.R etc..
Even so I enjoyed When the spring comes as a light afternoon drama… sexy boys….funny father and gandfather….character driven show…etc…overall it is was pretty and sweet

omo omo omo…. i just realised this is Ji Ahn from Goodbye Solo!! for a long time ignorant me was left wondering about why haven’t I heard more about that impressive handsome actor dude Lee Han. not that I’m complaining about him reinventing himself to a sexy beast with his real name.
now i don’t mind some moustache… but that hair could use some trimming. i’ll be keeping an eye on the sexy beast’s every move, even if i’m not excited about han ga in.
