I read somewhere that Si-won's next drama project will be a Taiwanese idol drama and was kind of disappointed .........:( Now that it turns out to be Athena, though not my kind of drama, but it's much better than a T-drama !!!!

Just like the rest of the OML gang, I'm now in for Athena, but only for ONE good reason (or person) !!!

I didn't watch Iris but definitely will watch Athena because of Choi Siwon.

Choi Siwon won me over in Oh my lady because of his charming portrayal of Sung Min Woo. Now im excited to see what more he can offer.

This is great news. I was definitely swept away by his charm in OML! Hope he has a meatier role than what T.O.P. was given. More screen time please.....and I'm very sure he will do well in action scenes!

With Jay back in Korea and Siwon in Athena, gosh, I think today's the best day in my kpopdom yet. HOTNESS OVERLOAD FOSHO!

Let me get the cast (so far) for Athena down, lest my mind fries and I forget:

Jung Woo-sung - lead agent

Cha Seung-won - lead bad guy

Kim Min-jong - fellow older lead agent

Choi Si-won - hoobae baby abs agent

Lee Jia - agent love rectangle?

Now, if only they can get Kim Gab-soo to reprise of derivation of his asswipe NIS leader character from TBDAW, I can die happy. Yes, I want to just wipe Lee Jia off the board, but, whatever, c'est la vie.

His character sounds like a "ChucK" (from the US action-comedy series of the same name) - which is why I'm going to check out this series when it airs :-p

I hope his character is kind of dorky at first (although getting to see the abs right away sounds awesome, too, LOL). That would be funny!

i hope he gets alot more air time than TOP did.

They need to dedicate at least one episode to see which one of the three leading men has the best abs. Three way tie? Also, this series was supposed to be on KBS, but they switched to SBS. What happened?

Thank god it's Siwon not Kim Hyun Joong. I swear i used to imagine Kim Hyun Joong as a father to my children (hehe, crazy fangirl), but thank god he didn't take this role.
I hate the fact that i hate Yoon Ji Hoo, because I love Hanazawa Rui!!!!

And as the biggest super junior fan ever, now I'm worried about Siwon SS3 participation. Plus, he's going to be so tired. :(

Joy oh joy! I thought we wouldn't see Choi Siwon in anymore drama this year, what a great surprise! I hope his role won't be too small! Anyway, I'm definitely back on the train again XD Can't wait!

I have to agree with everyone's comments above about how exciting it is now that there are three extremely charming, talented, and hot guys on the cast! I am really happy that CSW has gotten another role! (hell I even wish he would stop his singing activities altogether and become a full fledged actor-- spare me ELF members!) I've been a fan of his since Hyang Dyan because he was oh-so-adorably cute in that role and my admiration for him grew after OML (even though the drama, in short, sucked.) Like JB said, he held up the drama: he was charismatic, very hot, and it was interesting to see how his character grew throughout the series.

Anyway, I hope he won't disappoint in this new role (I'm not expecting it though as I was with KHJ, lol) because it is different from what he has done in the past.

After I persist to watch OML until the last episode I know why so many people like it, cause I do too, he, he, he...
Somebody told me that siwon stop to show off his abs after 6 episode so that the time I like OML even more. I like siwon in OML after I heard he sing (at that time I did't know he is super junior member ho ,ho, ho, so me so late, where am I for all this time...)
Want to see him play another role than idol star role (is it not much challenge him for he's already a idol star?)

Ahhhh, so happy that he's in this. Wasn't planning to watch this if KHJ was cast....but Siwon??? OMG, I'd watch any drama now just to see Simba. He was smoking in OML and adorable in Hyang Dan.
