Park Shi-hoo, star of the recently wrapped SBS drama Prosecutor Princess, has given a gift to the staff of the drama in the form of a four-day, three-night vacation to Jeju Island (which is often called Korea’s Hawaii). The gesture was to show his gratitude for their hard work while the drama was shooting, and was given to approximately twenty staffers.
Star gifts can range from the small (T-shirts, cosmetics, gift bags) to the extravagant, but this seems particularly generous. Park’s management explained that he wanted to return some of the love he’d been showered with by fans — this drama has earned him the most ardent affection of his career thus far — and gave the gift to help relieve some of the stress the crew endured while filming the show.
Prosecutor Princess wasn’t the top-rated show of its timeslot (in fact, it was the opposite) but it had perhaps the most diehard fanbase, and it’s nice to see that the fervor was appreciated by the stars.

And I just started watching this Kdrama. As odd as this sound, I’m a little glad that it didn’t get the highest ratings and the reason is, it seem that I usually end up dissappointed with high rated Kdramas despite how great it is at first (i.e. Boys Over Flowers, Shining Inheritance) because it usually fails to capture my attention or the story drags on to oblivion of no return.

PSH is overboard with generosity. I guess the publicity from it is good for his image.Sorry I do question his sincerity. It seems like he is trying too hard . It was odd him watching the last episode with his fans rather with the rest of the cast.

Even I usually don’t watch lenghty kdramas(except sageuks)but I’ve seen Family Honor(54ep) in 4 days (what took me most of the time was slow internet connection between Asia and Europe)
I suffered from Second Lead Syndrome in Iljimae just because of him
I like his look(he is damn smexy), I love his bad boy act, I would give him an Oscar for playing the stalker(In all 3 dramas above he was the best stalker alive) but hell no I don’t like his acting in angsty moments…simple I can’t dig it, I can’t watch it…
it was a really great drama and the ending was a bom
