Daniel Henney in Kyoto for Runaway shoots
by | July 16, 2010 | 17 Comments

Daniel Henney is currently filming the upcoming action drama Runaway in Japan, and recently uploaded a photo of himself taken at a train station in Kyoto. The photo was posted to his Facebook page, with a note that he hasn’t been able to check his page frequently due to his shooting shooting, though he promised to try to keep the updates coming.

The production will also film in Tokyo and Osaka, then plans to travel to Asia, spending nearly two months overseas for location shooting. In addition to Henney, the cast includes Rain, Lee Na-young, Lee Jung-jin, and Yoon Jin-seo.

Runaway comes from the writer-director pair who did the hit action-sageuk series Chuno, and will premiere on KBS in September. It will be Daniel Henney’s first drama in four years, since he did the KBS series Spring Waltz, which starred Han Hyo-joo.

Oh, good, eye candy!! Daniel reminds me of a jelly doughnut, so good looking it makes you lick your chops and drool in anticipation, you eat it quickly, get the sugar high, have the letdown, and look forward to doing it all again next time.

Guess that makes him my eye doughnut ….

    I should go back sometime.
It’s a very peaceful but large city. Best of both worlds!

I also thought he was good in MNIKSS D: But haven’t seen him in anything else XD Except Wolverine, in which he didn’t have to do very much, just kill people and fly helicopters and stuff. Oh well…just worried that someone will end up dying in this drama XD With that team. And Rain has died before. Or at least it seemed like he died in A Love To Kill. Well, he froze. But the ending was as confusing as the rest of the drama, so I don’t know XD
