So I don't see any one commented on this from the first page, but this is basically a legit Korean remake of "It Started with a Kiss"? Just wanted to clarify, maybe its a stupid question..?

i think many people here still using her fangirl bias, because they favorite actor didn't choose as the male lead, so they always think wrong whatever KHJ doing. Came on friend let be more objective KHJ was improve in his acting. i mean don't you think something different when you see the silly Yoon Ji Hoo yelling and being more emotion, for me i am being more antusiasm for this drama.
about KHJ look bit old, because his eyebags, but i like him because he has natural face like that and i think he just so tired, because he not just doing in hectic shooting for PK but his many other schedule too. But nevermind KHJ still handsome, and have that eyecandy look. In an uncle pervert moment, when KHJ using less makeup make him look more young.
and if me want to compare this with ISWAK, i dont like ISWAK 1, make me boring, so I always using fast forward like others do. Iswak 2 is more better.
one of lack point of iswak is don't have really eye candy actor, except jiro wang, but i don't like his acting in ISWAK so exaggerate. i think Joe look bit old too for his age for high school role without any reason, that is one reasons watch ISWAK really make me boring. ISWak 2, he more mature so it suit him more.
So, that is one of the good point of PK, KHJ has that eyecandy face although KHJ acting not wonderful, but from this preview i can say he can do well.
For me an eyecandy actor and good script are always being reason i will addict to a drama.That is why i really anticipate Playful kiss.

Adorable...I love JSM in this role...it seems they've toned down Kotoko a little bit (which is good) and this is SO CG and Goong like...I loved the little side kick to get the soda.

i dunno, it's hard to beat the chemistry joe cheng and ariel lin made for iswak. the girl was hecka annoying, but she was consistent with that character throughout so i give her props. man, their chemistry was a surprise for me....

This was sooo adorable and I am convinced this is going to be a lot of fun and I cannot wait!

Also, I like how they're are similarities struck with ISWAK (which I presume were in the manga?) but it's standing very much standing on its own. And I absolutely loved that naked pervert shoe bit - I think that's original to this?

And the directing in this shot and the music and everything about it seem wonderful.

She's so pretty and adorable, and he's so hot!

I have no problem with the age thing either - they both look fresh and young. Is he significantly older IRL? If anything, second-lead dude looks a lot older, but even that doesn't bother me.

As to the Goong-ish vibe - I guess I kind of see it, but since I'm one of the minority who is not in love with that drama I hope that similarity doesn't run too deep.

can't wait to see and compare this Korean version to the Japanese and Taiwanese versions!

I agree it looks like Goong. TOTALLY. Everything happens at school, the way Ha Ni wears the uniform (with pants under the skirt), Ha Ni's classroom, Ha Ni's haircut... EVERYTHING. And the cold hero. THE S.A.M.E.

Plus the fact fact htat Jung So Min looks like YEH...
I just hope it will not be like a second Goong i.e. interesting storyline but bad bad bad acting...

I'm not exactly thrilled that JSM hairstyle and facial expression are like YEH. It kinda turn me off because she should develop her own style. I kept seeing YEH shadows in the teaser. The hairstylist should come up with new hairstyle too.

I really want to see a unique and refreshing Playful Kiss not a replica of Goong. Although Goong is one of my favourite drama.

This is the first time for me to take a look at the trailer.. I was getting hesitant because I didnt want to start comparing..

However, I'm not sure why, this maybe just me.. but after looking at this trailer.. for some reason Kim Hyun Joong dyed with black hair and this particular hairstyle for Playful Kiss, he kinda looks like Yamashita or YamaP in Kurosagi a little bit.. Anyone else agree with me??

It does seem a little like Goong, but its not in my mind only because I'm kind of basing the comparison with the Taiwanese series..(trying really hard not to)
