An ad campaign for an outdoor clothing line has taken Jang Hyuk (Chuno) and Chun Jung-myung to the great outdoors for some rock climbing shoots. The two actors are modeling for outdoorwear brand Eider, and are pictured at Point Perpendicular in New South Wales, Australia, at a height of 197 meters.
An Eider rep said, “Jang Hyuk never showed any fear and took an enthusiastic attitude to the shoot, and the on-site staff were impressed. He really expresses the image of the extreme outdoor brand, so we expect the ads to come out very well.”
The campaign starring Jang and Chun, called “Eider Friends,” will begin airing on TV in mid-August. Meanwhile, Jang has announced his next kdrama project, Secret Garden, while Chun is slated for the action-thriller film Blue Salt.

Oops, Chung Jung Myung has been given a moniker of PIE (short for cutie pie, and something along the lines of we all want to eat PIE – the genesis was rather rabid and fast and not coined by me – I think it was ripgal).
Sorry for the usage not in context. I’ve been hearing PIE bandied about so often I see his picture and I scream PIE in my brain. He’s such a cutie!

CJM seems a little out of place for this ad, it doesn’t look like he gets outside much while Jang Hyuk seems to fit in perfectly. Still, seeing the two of them together is nice and I love the last two pics.

Actually, CJM is more of an out-door guy than an indoor guy… He’s very athletic and is good at most sports and thus is perfect for this brand.. which is why they chose him along with JH.
I’m so glad the ramblings and avid imagination of my scattered mind made some laughter on this world.

didn’t PIE do really well at the army, and was known as a devilish instructor for military boot camp? and he did a degree in PE in uni. and he’s ripped. (damn, why do i even know all these). that baby face and expression sure belie these facts. i agree that either hair could be heaps better.

Hek, as an actor, have to act as of everything when they ask and you agree. Always amazed me.
