I know I said it was his last photoshoot last time, but this time it’s really The Last. I think. Probably. Kim Nam-gil did a pre-army shoot for Ad Hoc, in which he models a ‘chic-casual’ look, sporting a vibe similar to his Bad Guy persona.
Looks like his weeks before enlistment were busier than we thought, what with the various interviews, variety appearances, and CFs he could squeeze in, all the while wrapping up Bad Guy (in a manner that I don’t care to revisit).
He’ll certainly be missed, but he’s definitely in a great position, going into the army at the height of his popularity, and securing heaps of love and anticipation for his return.

it’s been many years i’ve been following korean stars but not as many i adored, and one of the star that captivates me is KIM NAM JIL..i always ask myself, what’s in him that plenty of us captured our hearts, one thing that i know for sure is, he knows really well about his craft..He’s really professional when it comes to acting, how can he internalized perfectly every scene of his drama with all those movements of his eyes,mouth,hands,etc? he really transformed into something else..because his talent is innate.. with all due respects to others ,i’ve never seen anyone like KIM NAM JIL before aside of course with LEE BYUNG HUN..i can’t find any words to commemorate my admiration to him all i could say is DAMN YOU KIM NAM JIL!
