Another Sure magazine photo shoot features actress Lee Soo-kyung, whose new drama Daemul premieres today. Although I can’t say I know much about photography, I love the way she looks in these black-and-white photos and the artful blur effect going on in them.
Known mostly for a bright image in comic roles, as with her most recent drama My Country Calls, Lee changes things up as a haughty careerwoman in Daemul. Her character Jang Se-jin is a curator who helps prosecutor Ha Do-ya (Kwon Sang-woo), and in so doing makes trouble for Cha In-pyo‘s character.
Daemul airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays on SBS.

JB, regarding your question about the photography — it looks like the photographer took the pictures with a special lens called a Lensbaby. It allows you to focus on one specific area and render the rest out of focus.
LSK is naturally beautiful. ‘been a fan since Soulmate and enjoyed all her dramas. She can do drama to comedy with ease. Hope the new drama will do well.. Fighting!! Thanks..
