i watch both Baby Faced Beauty and Lie to Me (only for Kang Ji Hwan hotness) but passing on the Miss Ripley melodrama. i will miss your recaps (since they're more entertaining than the actual show).

Sorry to ask but is Lie to Me that lame of a drama for JB and GF drop recapping it for Miss Ripley???..i wasn't really watching this drama but was just used to seeing a Lie to Me recap...I'm just curious to know since JB luuurves Kang ji hwan and likes eun hye so much that i was thinking they'd probably not recap the other dramas that airs alongside LTM..

Everyone is here for drama recaps bcoz they know they'll get an honest recap out of the dramas they watch. I know i do. i can laugh, cry and get interested in a drama just by reading them. with many interesting dramas airing now, it's only right that u get to choose which to recap. u need to have fun doing what u love, eh?

Hiii. Sadly to say I think lie to me drama could be just feasibly watched, and an absence of the recaps is also okay as well. I could already feel from the recaps that it was not that interesting as expected; its the same from the recaps of mary stayed out all night too.

By the way, I would just like to compliment that the recaps of 49 days were fantastic. Due to the interesting plotline, more could be written and analysed, leaving us readers to re-think back to the specific drama parts. Plus all of my colleagues were watching the drama at the same time, there were so much discussion for it! 49 days, a drama worth to catch.

better to recap LTM than miss ripley and see LDH plastic face and i still asking to myself why Micky want to play with her..and this miss ripley maybe just another sad drama but with LDH in in OMG no no no no...nightmare..:(

BUT BUT... the kiss !!! T_T whhhhyyyyy... i mean i understand but whhhyyyy??? be translated into english (sometimes chinese then english) non korean speakers miss so much meaning and that is what i love about these recaps (if you tell me to go learn korean i'll tell you i am)~ *sigh* is episode 7 really that bad?? the kiss in ep 6 has to be one of the best in dramas (the setting was a bit off but 10/10 for quality) What if miss ripely turns out bad?? I didn't close my web browser for a week i was just saving the last part of ep 6 where they kiss and playing it over and over ... *swoon*
havn't you stuck with other drama's even though they didn't turn out great? what about MSOAN, at least you saw it all the way through^^ i don't think this drama is bad at all, no better than My princess~~

I understand that you can't cover up all dramas and although I'd love to keep on reading you recaps (coz I could READ about the final episode of My Princess I haven't even finished watching MP yet due to studies), I'd say: Recap what you feel like and don't force yourselves writing something you don't enjoy.

I'm thinking about trying out a recap myself if you drop this drama, but coz I'm not practised I don't know if you'd like the offer? Otherwise I still can post it on my own website.

wow. didn't think stopping recaps for this mediocre drama would get people THIS riled up. why don't you all just watch it then? the show is such a bore. there's not much to commentate on, and one of the reasons i actually read up on recaps is for jb and gf's wit and insight. otherwise, i'd just, dun dun, watch the shows. it's not like the show itself is ending. please breathe.

watching LTM was doable but i really can't imagine having to recap a series that i don't find really interesting and entertaining, so i understand why this drama is dropped. i seriously don't get the reason why the heroine feels the need for a man/ husband to be complete. she wants to get married JUST SO she can bragged to her buddies about her husband and married life... SERIOUSLY?? seriously? in this day and age? sigh..... if it's a gimmick or a stepping stone so that we can feel for her later when she discovered love, it's not very well-executed...

whaatttt, i think it's a bad idea to drop lie to me. seriously, the plot is getting better and there's so much interest now. it feels very stupid to drop it now. and miss ripley is quite meh. it's not even half as exciting and i'm not even such a great fan of kisses. seriously, i think you girls will regret this.

totally understand your decision. kinda expected it because reading you guys' Lie to Me recaps wasn't as fun as your Best Love ones. it's probably hard to recap a drama where you have no opinions about it except the occasional, 'Kang Ji Hwan swoon' or 'this plot makes no sense'. Lie to Me is one of those dramas where you watch it for the fluff and turn off your brain. in fact, despite the palpable chemistry between Kang Ji Hwan and Yoon Eun Hye, having no real logical developments between the two leads have made even the kiss scenes seem kinda lackluster. anyhow, no biggie and I'll keep reading Miss Ripley's recap to see if I should start it.

I hate it when the media throw spoilers around carelessly like they don't really matter. Especially when they show snapshots of a kiss or intimate moments between the two leads. That just ruins the momentum of emotion for me when I actually get to watch the scene. There'll be no surprise, no anticipation, no nothing, cause I know the kiss will happen. Well, maybe there'll be a bit of a thrill, but it won't be the same as watching it without knowing what lies ahead.

When a drama has to depend on kiss scenes to keep the views back, that is when it becomes too desperate.

I'm a fan of YEH's since Coffee Prince, I have been always looked forward to her new projects. But I was let down with 'My Fair Lady' and now LTM. I know she's well known for her loyalty. But I hope next time she should read the script before she chooses her next project. The same applies to KJW. Too bad that two good actors are wasted in a badly scripted drama.

Wow...the rage of the fangirls. I don't watch LTM but by all accounts the plot is meh...I mean even fans admit the story ain't that great. They probably have the most and best kisses in all the May rom-coms though...

I suppose fans of KJH and YEH would be disappointed that their fav drama is not getting a recap but I agree with most...if the recappers are not giving a positive vibe in the recaps surely the readers will be a tad more disappointed. On the other hand, if the recapper is enjoying it to the max (Ockoala is definitely one), it'd be so much more satisfying to read, no?

That said, it is very frightening to see so many irrational fans here ranting and saying all sorts of nasty things to JB and GF. I mean it IS their choice you know...they don't owe it to us to do anything. Ms Ripley may suck as well but who cares...it's funny some are even cursing Ms Ripley to do badly so that JB/GF will regret dropping LTM.

go ahead jb with your plan to drop lie to me .as ive mentioned earlier, i also dropped it after viewing first 2 eps.now im eagerly following baby faced beauty.per ratings of other channel, baby got 3rd place while lie to me is way far behind only 11th place.so i did the right thing. eh.romance town is also fun to watch.i dont think miss riply with get a high rating since its too serious,melodrama.people nowadays prefer watching funny dramas like manny,twinkle2, babyfaced,and romance town.im sad that you didnt pick twinkle.its also nice.well, hope you will continue baby faced till the end.i love your recapping.so perfect.thanks and kudos to you and your chums doing the hard work to please us

I have been your reader for many months and love your recaps. You may have over a thousand responses but at the end of the day, it is still your call. My current top of the list drama is LTM. Others like Best Love, City Hunter, RT, BFB do not appeal to me. Maybe I will watch them later or non at all. I will give a try for Ms Ripley. Lie to Me has the pulling factor for us to come back to watch, because it was so entertaining. This is more because of the YEH and KJH factor, I think. So, choosing the lead is very important for a drama.

I am totally in shock and sad right now. Cant believe you drop LTM when it is now so excited. I am not bashing Miss Ripley or anything but LTM is not that bad, it deserves to be continue.
Oh well, this is always my fave place to visit but now i guess it time for me to go.

I think certain people should honestly just stop being so harsh and bitter about LTM being dropped, JB and GF all have lives outside of kdrama. I know it is a hard blow, but i am sure we can all live without their recap. Think about it, they don't recap EVERY SINGLE drama you have ever watched right? You can still continue watching the drama without their insightful recaps for LTM (which i admit, i will sorely miss).

PS. I want to thank JB and GF for all their hardwork. To be able to sit and watch a drama and watch then watch it again to recap every week, to think deeply about what the meanings behind each kiss, hug and basically every moment the actors do.
