Ramyun Shop’s Park Min-woo (Ba-wool) for the Girls

Ba-woooooool-ah! Rookie actor Park Min-woo is probably more recognizable by his Flower Boy Ramyun Shop character than his own name, but let’s see how that changes in the near future. He’s still inexperienced, but if he can translate his boyish charm into more memorable characters, I think he’s got a future.
Thanks to his new visibility, Park Min-woo’s also got spreads in two magazines for January: Vogue Girl and Elle Girl. I much prefer the cute, dimpley look in the above than the “chic, dandy” boy persona he adopts for Elle, but with any luck he’ll be soon appearing in lots of diversely themed spreads.
Among the topics covered in the magazine interviews: Being a “very overweight” child, enjoying more popularity in high school, aspiring to be a soccer player, getting started in acting, what it’s like to be recognized by the public, and the like.

Agree. I have to say I'm more taken with his character than JIW's. Reminds me of when I was watching Triple, how Song Joong Ki's small, but completely becoming and natural, screen-time stole all my attention.

Scottish people wear kilts (I hate that look in the picture though with the half kilt over so much denim) as much as the Amish look LOL so funny that we all thought he looks Amish, plus I don't like his hair straight. We got too used to crazy chickens hair.

He is Beautiful. And he has a very mobile, expressive face. He is like a young korean Jim Carrey to me.
I just love his Elvis haircut in FBRS. And he has quite a nice voice too. I'm definitely waiting to see more of him on my screen. Work hard and succeed kid !!

I... I don't even know what to say to that second pic. It looks like something my high-school-age sister would wear as part of her "Look, I REALLY don't care what people think of me!!" phase. LOL
He's really, really good looking. I'm having trouble getting through FBRS bc it's just too silly for me and I don't much care for JIW, but Bawool and the second lead are making it so hard to leave it. This kid is just way too cute!!

He really was consistently the funniest part of FBRS.
I would like to see him play serious, too. He's probably be awesome at that, too.

I think he start to become the only reason I can't wait to watch FBRS every week when he asked Pillar to have separate room with HyunWoo. That scene in the supermarket is so hilarious. Then when he found out about SoYi's oppa, how heart broken he is.

Even though I totally dote on Chi Soo when I'm blogging about FBRS, Ba Wool is by far my FAVORITE Flower Boy. He hit all the adorable notes just right and seems to have excellent comedic timing in the series. I look forward to seeing more of him in future dramas.
