There’s another part that I thought was hilarious, which was how Jin and Joo Pal rode horses, but the other bandit ran and still kept up with them.

Because of what happened to the poor boy’s mother. He saved her from a concussion but she ended up dying in the fire so consequently he thought that history/Fate will always step in when he mucks up.
