Over all, I enjoyed Jeon Woo-chi. Cha Tae-hyun is brilliant at what he does. Uee is as gorgeous as ever, and, while her character here left much to be desired, I blame that on the writers, because Uee is capable of so much more.

I thought all the endings of this episode were deserved for everyone. I was even glad Kang-rim was redeemed, even though it didn't quite fit what he'd done. I'll take what I can get.

Wonderful show, great ending. Thanks for all the recaps, JB and GF!

Thank you so much, jb and gf! It was always a treat for me to read your recaps and comments. In addition, I always had the video and recap open in adjacent tabs so that if I didn't understand a particular scene I could look it up immediately. It was a hard wait for the subbed videos for this series, though that just emphasizes how spoiled we are having single day turn arounds for a lot of other dramas. Overall, I still found this drama worth watching, and it's made me into a 1 Night 2 Days fan as well!

Thanks for the recaps girls <3.I lost interest due to the lack of access to this show :(. Thanks a lot KBS.
I have to agree with Great Seer being a mess. I totally understand the low ratings in Korea. The people in Korea can see the mess because they know their culture and history. So many WTF moments. What a waste of great actors.
Shin Don is still the best sageuk of King Gongmin's era.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful recaps. I started reading the recaps at ep 22. It was so much fun. Sometimes your recaps do a better job than the subs and I go "ooh that's what they were talking about", I am a guy but I am very pro female character development and Uee losing her powers was really disappointing of all the wizards left in the world, not even one was female and the last one loses her powers in the same situation in why the two bad guys didnt? Disappointing, at least she wasn't an extremely damsel in distress character(although I could agree to disagree with myself a this point lol). She was used to do the dirty job(killing Ma Suk) for the Woo Chi. Whether that is a good thing, or bad thing I do not know. Loving wuxia for it's strong female characters. I would certainly recommend them for fans of such a theme. Still Jeon WOO Chi was awesome clean fun, could be considered a PG 13 movie suitable for kids. Was sort of worried that the CGI effects would get poorer as the series progressed due to budget restraints like in Faith but I was pleasantly surprised. =D

THANKS AGAIN, my birthday was Feb 7 so this is like a gift from JB and GF. God bless you all

I loved this show! My favorite character was Kang-Rim, he really convinced me. I still would have enjoyed more background story of the uncle, so that I could have understood his cause better.

I didn't like UEE's character, it felt forced, almost at times unnecessary. Her dialogs really didn't make much sense at times, but maybe I just didn't get really good subs... Also NONE WHATSOEVER chesmistry with Jeon Woo Chi, gah... I just think she could have been more lively or shown more feelings?

Overall I enjoyed this show with not at much tragedy and torture that other historic dramas have :)

Dear Javabeans & Mystisith,
First, I agree with 'No so good Sageuks 2012'.
Second, comparing 'Jeon Woo Chi' with 'The Great Seer', was that maybe because of the rival of Ji Sang and the King, especially GongMin, were poorly played? I am sorry, but I can't feel the same sympathy I have for Kang Rim to Jeong Geun. I also felt the same to the King Gong Min played by Rue Tae Joon vs Ryoo Deok Hwan.

And too bad, The Great Seer were moving in a such a slow pace, especially the transition between the younger - older Ji Sang + changed of the cast of his mother.

The intrigue and struggle, especially in General Seong Gye, I really admire a lot. He was portrayed as the person who really loyal and a bit naive, who at last have to fight the father's figure he always admired. Also Ryun-gae, the great shaman, hooooo... she is good.

Sorry for my blubbering of 'The Great Seer', I love it and I wish it has the same tenacity as Jeon Woo Chi, but....

Third, the casts of Jeon Woo Chi, aside for beloved Cha Tae Hyun, I love Kang Rim, the whole Scooby Doo gang, and Chan Hwi and the adorable and kind hearted Queen (this is the first time I could ever admire a sweet people like her, usually I stay far away from anything that is too sweet to be true), but no love for the young King (sorry, for me his character is a bit lame). I like So-Chil better. He's intriguing, I should say. The quietest, but also strong-head like a mule... He could stand 4 Kings... and still have heart.

I will miss Jeon Woo Chi for sure.
Good thing is I always can see Tae Hyun in 2 Days and 1 Night. He is hilariously good, our "Mr. I'm Ruined" (I think this will stay true in 2013 as well....).

I wish they stay strong together...

Thank you Javabeans & Girlfriday.
I hope the substitute 'Iris 2' is as good (or better) than Iris 1 and Jeon Woo Chi.
