Taecyeon up for writer Lee Kyung-hee’s next drama

Taecyeon is in contention to star in the next drama by melo scriptwriter Lee Kyung-hee (Nice Guy; Will It Snow For Christmas; I’m Sorry, I Love You), and I’m pretty sure the appropriate response is: Noooooooooo.
The project is titled Wonderful Season (literally translated it’s “quite good times” but that lacks a certain punch) and is being prepared as KBS’s next weekend drama following King’s Family. Interesting that writer Lee is going for a weekend drama about a multi-generational family after all of her big hits have been miniseries, though if anything the weekend drama world could really use her skill at quick pacing and compelling characters.
The drama is also courting Lee Seo-jin (Grandpas Over Flowers) and Kim Hee-sun (Faith) to star, so it’s not like Taecyeon will be the sole headliner carrying the show. Still, I can’t buy into him as an actor no matter how hard I try; I have liked the vibe he brings onscreen (especially when he’s being cute and dorky, as in Who Are You or Cinderella’s Sister), but I’ve never been able to believe him in anything. Well, maybe being part of an ensemble will do him good.
Wonderful Season will reunite writer Lee with Nice Guy’s PD Kim Jin-won and plans to launch in February.

I don't understand why they can't learn acting skills BEFORE they headline dramas. And if they suck, well....they shouldn't act. >>

they keep casting him is bcos they can use his popularity to sell the drama to other countries. who are you are sold to 33 countries without being a hit.

To be Honest all i see here is mostly Hatred. Let just see most of people complaint cuz lack of chemistry in Who are You, but let see status of chars. Female Lead : In state of confusion after 6 blank years in life without any memory's of past at first and lateral to make decision between the ex and present. Male Lead : Very curious about being promoted but falls in Love and come to know that she still like some one from the past. Chemistry in these condition would or Should be??? my ans is awkward. At the end in epilogue ep they have good chemistry after everything is resolved they may not best but definitely not what you guys think.

Just finish watching dream high that I never heard about, he is acting is not so bad at all. What else could ask for a tall, handsome can sing dance and to me he is so natural in looks that will make fall you in love and adore him. Love him as an actor!!! Now watching his other drama/movie!

Anyways, I don't like the ending of the dream high. I wish taechyeon ended up with Suzy, but for me no regret watching this drama and for being up all night for 2 days. Some people are very harsh and bitter, if u don't have nothing good to to say then don't even bother to comment. Taechyeon is only but human who was given the opportunity to be one of the public entertainer and who possess God given talent who tried so hard and his best of his ability to entertain us all. Like I said he is a good looking not fake. His physical features is very unique and you can't alter that and once he is up on the screen I could envision his future to be successful, their is something very especial in him, that is why we are lucky for us to see him again and I hope again and again and in the near future!
