Posters and teasers for God’s Quiz 4

Cable network OCN’s forensic crime procedural God’s Quiz has always had cheeky promos for the franchise, perhaps to match its boyish genius doctor hero, played by Ryu Deok-hwan (Faith). He stars in Season 4 as a slightly more world-weary boy-genius-turned-forensic-investigator, say Doogie Howser with a few years of solving grisly murders under his belt? At least he can say he was here first before genius boy doctors became a regular fixture around these parts. Here’s a few funny teasers, cute posters, and a cast photo shoot for 1st Look to launch the show’s fourth season, which premieres in just over a week.

This season reunites Ryu Deok-hwan’s character with his detective girlfriend, played by Yoon Joo-hee (Warm Words). After spending a season apart with her character studying abroad, this season promises to heat things up in the romance department with her return. I think the first teaser below can attest to that.

This year idols Donghae (Panda and Hedgehog) and Jae-kyung (Age of Feeling) join the cast as new members of the forensic team, who will have their own loveline. Usually these OCN procedurals are pretty miserly about doling out the romance, but perhaps when you get to Season 4, they figure you’ve earned it? *counts years to Vampire Prosecutor Season 4* *dies of impatience*

God’s Quiz 4 will be serving up new forensic mysteries and medico-legal lab hijinks every Sunday night on OCN starting May 18.

Ryu Deok-hwan's acting was quite amazing in season 3. Was pleasantly surprised about Ko Gyung-Pyo's cameo in episodes 11 & 12 too. Hope my favorite drama site gets the license to show this in the USA. Thanks for posting the photos.

I love God's Quiz.It's different from other medical dramas; in that the lead is,though genius,not arrogant rather friendly and easy to like, that the story deals with rare diseases,that the drama focuses more on the hardship, sufferings, soulful struggle and lives of the patients rather than on medical details. The romance is just a bonus.Can't wait for the new season!

lol Look at all the camera tricks they've done to make you forget that she's taller than him.

I wish they didn't do that. I, for one, love the fact that she's so much taller than he is. You almost never see that kind of height difference in kdrama pairings and it's about time they showed it.

Anyways, I can't wait til this begins. I love this series to death and I've been jonesing for a new season for forever. So glad my leading lady is back. I really missed her in S3.

I also hope they've got some good cases coming up. S3 was a little rocky on that front.

Yeah. That's why I like this series. She's taller than him and tougher than him. And there's a bonus where Dr. Han would hide behind Detective Kang and it looks extra cute unlike in other dramas, where the male lead is bigger and taller than female lead and just hide behind for no apparent reason.

Hm. I've never watched this show, but I've been slowly catching up on all the OCN dramas and have yet to be disappointed so I will check this out for sure! Probably won't be caught up by the time this season airs, but you never know! Just from these posters, I can already tell I really like the leads :)
