Oh Snap! Taecyeon has great eyebrows

Was I supposed to get something more academically meaningful from this photo shoot? It’s just Taecyeon looking as though relaxing comes both easy and weirdly difficult to him, and in the midst of it all are his eyebrows. Enough said.

Or almost enough said, because while we’re here, it’s worth mentioning that while the singer/actor/variety star (of Three Meals a Day fame) is still just in talks for a role in MBC’s upcoming webtoon adaptation Lucky Romance, he mentioned in the accompanying interview for Allure that he’s planning to work hard in the year he has left before enlistment. Just confirm your new drama already, Taecyeon! We know you want to.

Thank you I have not laughed that hard in a while. He does have very nice eyebrows. But I did have trouble finding them in some of the other shots. (wink wink)

Lol, he does have great eyebrows! Honestly, I can see why people like to scoop him up for dramas. He has a classic ~actor~ look to him; very manly and sharp. I'm sure they are all just wishing they will be the magic ingredient to bring out that acting talent he has deep deep deep deep deeeeeeeeep !deep! down there somewhere, lmao.

I laughed at your comment. I agree 100% with what you said. He is attractive, masculine and... attractive. I hope that one day his acting will match all that wonderfulness. One day. One day! *finger hearts*

Very out of the topic thought, but I always wonder how celebrities feel when their fame is no longer as it used to be. I watched in dramas (YWCFTS, Come back Mister), where in drama sets, the less popular actors are ignored and not given star treatment.

I wonder how it feels to drop to bottom after being on top. I wonder how Bigbang will feel once they are no longer chart-toppers, how will Kim Soo Hyun feel once he will no longer get lead roles and will have to do side characters.

Does it affect them mentally, since they might feel they are not worth as much?

Just having these late night thoughts. And seeing this picture just made me think back to 2PM peak days and current.

Bigbang TOP said that they would like to stop promoting while they are still at the top. This also made me think a lot.

When I die, I will ask the Drama Gods, "Where was my Han Chae-young and Jae-hee reunion?"

Is it perhaps a reason why Won Bin isn't doing any projects? Just a thought. Maybe he is scared that his popularity isn't the same anymore.

To all those celebrities who are having internal conflicts, I would like to say that its okay. its perfectly okay.

Interesting thought...at that point, I'd assume actors/actresses will live off their CF's and make the cameo's here and there to keep the interest...but yes, lack of popularity is probably one of the biggest fears...

i also wondering a lot about 2PM, since I am a big fans of 2PM.

those Golden Days are already gone. But if we look at a more specific view, I should say, all those Boys Group or Girls Group that debut on 2005 - 2008 are all still famous and well known. At least the fans are not easily forgotten. because those group is original.

Compare to a newer group lately, yes they are talented, yes they are even have a better quality than their senior, but to enter the korea music market is soo hard. There is a tight competition to survive in this industry.

Even to survive is really hard. but for those senior Group like SuJu, 2PM, BIGBANG, 2NE1, SNSD, Shinhwa, DBSK, WG to keep exist, productive, make a tour concert, etc,, I should say, it's all about hard work!

I had the same thought about Hyun Bin after Hyde J&M. He came back from MS from such a high in his popularity. Then crashed landed with that non-drama of a drama. He must have been crushed! I wondered if he needed medication to stay afloat.....

Probably not. He had a fairly successful movie last year so the drama wasn't the only thing he was doing. There are some korean actors that make a good living and never do television. Frankly the top actors in the country don't do much tv or any at all. Song Kang ho who turns almost everything he touches into gold. Ha Jung woo, Choi Min sik, Jung Jae Young, and even Kang Dong won don't do television. There are quite a few actors who work steady and receive high awards but don't do television.

I know about the successful actors not doing tv.
Hyun Bin's comeback movie King's Wrath didn't do well either. I hope his next movie will be better.

You should add his b-cuts too. So hilarious. I want to see him in lead actor or at least get the girl so that he can have kissing scenes. I don't think he got that so far in dramas.

The second pic where he's lounging on the bed is like a reverse of the Dream High scene.

"Yeah, Samdong, I'm wearing your underwear. Watchoo gonna do about it?"

Hyun Bin only has himself to blame if his popularity is no longer what it use to be. On the day he was discharged, he wept at his press conference, saying that he missed acting a lot. But then he proceeded to pretty much disappear for like, four years from drama land. He did a few CFs, and a movie, but that was pretty much it. And it isn't as if he wasn't inundated with offers for all kinds of dramas and movies even while he was still in the Marine Corp. he just acted as if he didn't need the work, and didn't need to maintain his relevance in the highly competitive industry that is entertainment.

I was really quite frustrated, and in the end, very disappointed in Binnie because of that. Don't get me wrong, I still perk up at the thought of him taking on another major drama role, but it seems he isn't even throwing his hat in the game anymore. He NEEDS another hit drama, IMO, if he has any hope of getting his stock values back up to what they were prior to enlisting. But, perhaps he's lost his mojo. Perhaps he has plenty of money to live on, and feels inclined to turn his attention elsewhere. Who knows...

Maybe HB is just not that interested in doing dramas right now - being a still fairly new husband and even newer father.

If an actor/actress can make a living not doing K-dramas, better for one's family and one's health.

Heck, Jeon Ji-hyun went nearly 15 years before doing another drama.
