aww i only want bromance but i can totally sense the angst.. skeptical bout L's acting too...

i don't usually watch sageuks, especially political ones. so i wonder if i will skip this... ?? but there's baby yoo...

I've seen Kim So-hyun grow since "The moon that Embraces the Sun" and I watched this actress bloom!
So looking forward for this show!

I don't know, but I feel like L's character is too challenging for him. I still think he's too green. I can see and understand the reason of casting him for his similar appearance/physique to YSH, but acting-wise I don't think he'll be able to be on the same page as YSH or KSH. Can I say I'm a little worry about him letting the drama down. I wish he can prove me wrong though. No, I really DO want him to prove me wrong for the sake of the drama.

Other than my worry for L's portrayal, I'm pretty excited for this. Visually it seems like a beautiful drama, cast and all lol.

I always love/hate when they start out young and innocent buddies and the next thing you know everyone wants the other dead except they don't because of their past ?

This is going to be so epic. This appears to be epic on the scale of Romeo+Juliet, or Les Miserables just reading about everyone's relationships...

I am hopeful that L and Yoon So Hee can pull through on emoting. I tend to like Yoon So Hee- but I'm only used to her in girlish, charming roles. And L- well... there was Big... but we won't talk about that. He can emote ok in his music videos (go check out Infinite's The Eye- totally a strange music video that appears to be focused on L's ability to show a great deal of emotion and anguish).

First thing first, KSH's role maybe requires her to choose between two flower boys; YSH and L.
... As if she hasn't got enough life-changing decision in her previous drama; orabeoni or the king.
Anyway, looking forward for May 10.

I need this drama to make me cry so many tears. Sadness, happiness, and everything in between. Please be good drama, for the sake of all my babies involved in this.

The drama looks promising, will check it out. So many drama choices coming. Right now I am watching Tunnel and Man to Man.

Been downloading stills,interviews and BTS,someone might say kim so hyun picked yoo seung ho has her ideal type to promote Ruler:master of the mask but I don't care coz my shipping heart is in seventh heaven.

My expectations are so high for this drama

I like how Heo Joon-ho sits in this middle in one of the poster. Seems like he is going to play an active part in the middle of other four. I have no worry for acting chop for main leads, although the second leads have to prove it to me. They are all still young for me (as I always prefer the older actors) but I am looking forward what they can give to us. We will be so busy on May.

I love these posters!! I like the way Seja is reaching out for Ga Eun and the way Ga Eun keep the dagger in her hands but seems like her mind isnt full of revenge thoughts anymore. And after seeing that pic when Seung Ho helping her with the horses (you can see him with blue costums beside the horse), and those cute moments in BTS video, I know I cant help shipping. Let the ship sails, it's been there for soooo long since I Miss You era. Bromance? This time, forget it.

Aww the posters look great! So excited for this! Yoo Seung Ho's tear streaked face is already making me emotional. He just has that look that just makes you cry with him when he's crying and smile with him when he's smiling. I hope he doesn't cry as much as he did in Remember : Son's War. I really want to see some action scene, and of course his smiling face!

Anticipating for this. Hopefully it won't disappoint me.

I really hope this drama is very main leads and villain centric because the second leads - particularly L - makes me a bit antsy. He can't even get one emotion right in regular dramas, but a sageuk is so much tougher. I hope he can prove me wrong. Because I really wouldn't want this drama ruined because one of the cast members can't act.

Other than that, everything looks a little too epic and amazing. I hope we can get a more romantic poster of YSH and KSH like Moonlight had. Those were gorgeous and I want that for these two. Officially a week away, I'm scared my expectations are unreachable by now. Please be good drama, pleeeease.

It's such a futile attempt from my brain that keeps telling me not too be too hopeful. Every time new posters and stills come out, I can't help but feel the excitement just build ridiculously high. How I you be in love with a drama that hasn't even aired yet? I guess this is just a normal symptom of a kdrama addict! May 10th marked in my dairy <3 <3 <3

Our OTP is top far from each other. Is it too much to ask for some skinship in the poster? Is this all? *cries* I've been waiting for May 10 since ages and I just feed myself with the promos to keep me patient.

Looking at the poster with Yoo Seungho and L in their kingly robes made me realize how Yoo Seungho resembles veteran actor Jo Jaehyun (the more the former ages, the more he looks like the latter) and L looks like So Jisub.

so excited.

Next week can't come soon enough!! So much pretty! And the feels!!

I registered in anticipation of this drama. The eye candy is going to be strong in this one.
