I spend a good portion of my budget on Kbeauty, so its a given I am entering this! Thanks to Kdramas I have learned to take care of my skin with natural ingredients that are not found here in the west. The results are pretty evident when people cannot believe my age. ;)

Awhile back ago, I decided to splurge and treat myself by investing in some K-beauty products to try to see what all the hype was about and of course, to try to achieve my own natural K-beauty ~glow~ that I oftentimes envied when I saw peeps in K-pop and K-dramas.

I never went through the Acne Stage during puberty and always had nice, clear skin, but unfortunately started breaking out in my first year of college and it never really went away. I've tried all sorts of acne-fighting products, but was always left with disappointment and most of the time, even worse and drier skin (because of the harsh chemicals in those products). I never really had a skin care routine before (I've only ever used my mom's personal holy grail product, Nozema's cleansing cream, 2x day), let alone Korea's famous "10 step skincare routine," so needless to say, I was nervous, but definitely intrigued and couldn't get my hands on the growing trend of K-beauty. I was actually so optimistic and hopeful that I'd achieve positive results from using K-beauty products because of all the times I've seen K-stars having that signature dewy and glowing skin. I had a good feeling I'd be able to achieve at least that much. And boy did I! I don't think I'll ever go back to American products again (except Nozema's cleansing cream because that's actually a really good face cleanser and it's kinda multi beneficial, too!) because switching over and using K-products (and following the majority of the 10 step routine!) have done wonders for my face. Besides my stubborn acne (which has actually gotten better now), my face has been replenished and more hydrated, silky smooth and yes, always glowing.

All that said, this giveaway is such great timing because most of my K-products (which are all cleansers and moisturizers, haha) are running out and it's time for a refill and I'd love to be able to try out more K-products and even buy some goodies for my mama and my sisters.

I love Korean beauty products...recently trialing cushion compacts this week for the first time and I'm in love with them. Makeup is one of my biggest obsessions and now with kdramas I'll be keeping an eye open this week every time I watch a drama ep. for any good beauty product related scenes!
