[Winners] BeanieBox announcement giveaway
by DB Staff
We had so much fun (and felt a little bit of pressure) while reading your entries to our Beaniebox announcement giveaway. Thank you to everyone who answered, supported, and squeed at the idea of a monthly Korean snackbox for K-drama fans.
Alas, we can’t ship everyone their own Oppa or Noona. But hopefully, we can set up more giveaways for y’all in the future. For now, the moment you’ve been waiting for: the five winners are… *drumroll*
I’d love to see BeanieBoxes be themed around a specific drama! How cool would it be to get a box that has all your favorite things about a certain drama and enjoy them while watching said drama?
Please notify me when the Gong Yoo box is launched.
In all seriousness, I would love to see a literary themed box. Books play such a huge role in so many dramas that being able to get my hands on the poetry or literature we see highlighted would be great. Snacks too of course. Because a late of reading often requires some fortification of snacks.
Oh!! This is exciting!
Hmmmm……well you see, our Dyson vacuum has gotten pretty old so maybe….just joking (kinda.)
I would love some Dramabeans merch! I would gladly go out in the world and promote the site (although, sometimes I like to keep this place like it’s my very own secret garden)!
Love the idea!! I suggest: DB MERCH! I Also would suggest Drama OSTs, stickers, autographs, picture books, small jewelry or trinkets related to the drama. The possibilities are limitless. It would be nice to have boxes of different levels. A basic box with cute but small items and then premium box with more bigger ticketed items. That way everyone could have access to it regardless of their budget.
When I was a kid, I grew up visiting my relatives in Korea every summer. My grandmother would always feed me these shrimp crackers and my aunt would buy me Kancho (chocolate-filled cookie/crackers). My favorite though was this snack called bbusheo-bbusheo (literal translation: crush crush). Literal ramen snack. My cousins and I would sit outside and put in the seasoning and crush them with tiny wooden mallets and eat that and cool ourselves with melon ice cream bars. In one Beanie box, I’d like to see a box filled with old memories that bring smiles and nostalgia to many people.
We’ll be contacting the winners soon. Please check your inboxes.
Thank you again to everyone who sent in their entries!
