Rewatching Hospital Playlist 3 ep.3 and it’s even more beautiful. Is it the strategy of the director-him that everything happened so fast that viewers need a rewatch for every episode?

And you notice so many things in the rewatch that you are not really meant to understand on the first watch! For example, ik Joon takes a photo of the ER patients scar and shows it to Jun Wan, mentioning that his sister has a similar scar and similarly when Song Hwa’s residents are walking out of the OR with crest fallen faces Ik Joon stops them to chat with them and mentions that he knows someone from the korean military academy but right at the moment his phone rings so he isn’t able to complete his sentence! Lastly, towards the end of the episode when he’s talking to his parents he says “why would she see me or she’s not here to see me” (smth along the same lines). It’s only on the rewatch that we realize he is talking about his sister!!

Exactly! There are so many things I also noticed in the rewatch. In my rewatch, I realized that this show requires utmost attention to details, as you might just miss what’s there because everything happens so fast. Apart from evident dialogues that seem to pass by without you being able to catch in the first watch, there are also facial, gesture subtleties that I could only appreciate in the second time watching.

I so want to type all my thoughts here but I’m afraid that there are beanies who haven’t watched this ep yet, so I’ll save them for the recap. ☺️

I don’t know why but I’ve been unable to appropriately pen down my thoughts about the dramas I’ve been watching. Instead, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying other beanies’ input. So, I’m looking forward to reading about what you think.

Didn’t notice these things. Now, I’ll have to go rewatch the episodes.

If you are running through the eps again (but that’ll take 6 hours!) do tell me if you notice something about their facial expressions and gestures. When I rewatched those episodes, I could pay so much attention to almost everything because I already knew the main storylines. I think that’s a plus of second-,third-time watching.
