As a layman and kdrama lover, my favorite is ” There is no McDreamy (or equivalent)” and the closing line “On the upside, the constant time indoors means we have lovely skin. Winning!”
I used to have a job where I hardly saw daylight and I got a few tones lighter. But my skin had already been damaged by too much sun in my younger days when awareness of uv damage to skin wasn’t that great 😰
My mom was a sun nazi before it was popular in the US. I remember my mom being in full sun gear with a wide brimmed hat, long sleeves, and pants in the heat of summer. She used to yell at us kids to stand in the shade outside and even chastised my teenaged uncles when we went out with them to the amusement parks or pool and came home without our hats on.
Your mom has great foresight! Maybe my mom did too, I remember laughing at how she and my aunties would carry umbrellas when there was no rain, just the blazing sun. The folly of youth!
Now it’s my turn to carry a lightweight UV umbrella when I walking for a stretch. My sons laugh at me and I am the one nagging at them to put their sunblock. At the beach, I am incognito, My bikini is under a long sleeve rashguard and my face hidden by a wide brimmed hat and shades 😎
Sharp and much appreciated. My mom was a British-trained RN with almost 50 years experience. One of her medical TV pet peeves was lack of hygiene. TV healthcare workers rarely wash their hands except for surgery!

That explains why my sister-in-law always tells me I have great skin! No sun exposure means no age spots! 😂
