So it was Hongkong’s broadcaster TVB’s 50th anniversary! Happy 50th! 🎉🎉

Although I’m no longer an avid fan, thanks for producing SO MANY awesome dramas in the past! It was all about HK & TW dramas before Kdramas & Jdramas came into the picture. 😄

    50 years already? I, too am no longer an avid fan but sad to see that the new dramas are not close to how they used to be.

        My Unfair Lady is the newest one I watched. And it was coz of the veterans, Jessica and Frankie. But after that I haven’t tried to watch anymore.

            LOL. I only heard about it from my coworker. She’s more of an avid TVB watcher. But she’s also branched out to China dramas as well.

          ah… i don’t watch China dramas. im intrigued to try Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms given its high popularity & good reviews, but i have some bad blood with the male lead (LOL) so nah, not gonna watch it.

          have u heard of any other good recent TVB dramas from that coworker? heh.

            I watched the Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, although I do admit I fast forward through the secondary character’s story. I did not like their story at all. I also read recaps for it on another site, so I didn’t feel like I missed much. LOL

            My coworker said she tried to watch Line Walker 2 but felt it was too violent for her. And she doesn’t like to watch the saeguk type dramas, either. So now, it’s mostly China dramas.

          hahaha! my girlfriends really enjoyed the drama though, but they love Chinese period dramas, so yeah… lol

          ah i watched Line Walker but didn’t finish it. i remembered they had a part 2 but wasn’t interested, hehe. too violent? hmm.. tvb rarely get very violent though..

          i’m not really a period drama person too & also not a China drama person haha
