I always dislike it when character says that her dream is to get married or have some grand love story. I understand that everyone has their understanding of happiness and I respect that but putting the whole burden on someone still makes me uncomfortable. #one of the reasons why I dropped BTLIOF

Me too, but it really happens. A rare few of my friends are like that. I try to understand why they have such thoughts in the first place. One loves children so much and wants to support her husband at home, one dreams of finding the right man to build a better family so she can get out of her almost-broken-home situation. One may look to get married just to settle down and stop working. Some reasons make the choices easier to understand.

To be honest, having ‘a grand love story’ is on my bucket list too. But so is sky diving, attending a BTS concert, spending a year in Japan, buying my dad a gorgeous and expensive car, and more – much of this will require me to have a job and my own income. So when a character says ‘get married’ or ‘grand love story’, I like to hope that’s in addition to other stuff, but when it’s not, I tend to cringe too.

I didn’t drop it but i lost interest in the second half, Ji Hoo’s character annoyed me, although i like Jung So Min but her annoyed and long face she pulled for several episodes in the latest episodes irritated me.
