So I ended up intense-binge-watching Two Cops and I loved it. I’ll continue in the comment to avoid giving spoilers.

I loved the characters, the fantastic chemistry not only between the two male leads but between all of the police team. The character of Ji-an was rather a side character but i was ok with it. It was a very well-done male-centric drama to me.

Only very few episodes in the three-third part of the drama lagged. I loved everything in the first half and I especially loved the last few episodes and the conclusion to the mistery. I loved that they did it as a whole team in the end, I loved how they used the uptight prosecutor as a red herring and I fell for it everytime he seemed to change his mind or submit to his father. I loved how he stayed true and honest. The unveiling of the real killer was great too! I knew she would somehow prove important but I never thought of her being the killer. The last time she attacked Dong-tak in the alley it crossed my mind that the killer moves like a woman but I didn’t really think about it. The show did a good job of showing that the head prosecutor always had the excuse of shielding his son, while in fact everything happened because of his greed.

I love how the cases were not only cases but subtle hints at how some events had probably happpened in the past. Like the case of the chaebol’s accident showing how some of the many corrupt policemen might have turned this way without having actually been corrupt or even ambitious in the first place.

The chemistry between DT and SCh was off the chart. And it was hilarious that most of their interactions could be double-entendre. I loved how when they found out that DT was one of the reasons of the accident they were so short on time that they didn’t have the time to reflect amd lament. They simply had to act together to succeed.

I wish the final episode was a bit more clear on why Su-chan pretended to have amnesia. I understood in a couple minutes that he probably wanted to make a clean break with both girls and his past. But it was confusing and rather anticlimatic immediately after the heart-breaking cardiac arrest scene. But that is quite a minor complaint in comparison with the whole drama which I loved!

your most welcome chingu..i knew it you gonna love it as much as i did.
SC and DT was like so perfect as partners and ur analysis is bang on. well written and well analyzed..
i too had hint that the killer has to be a girl, cause of movements and physique. and also always found that deaf girl as waitress lil too awkward to consider it mere a side character.
