I’m not one to make a deal about this usually but I found these headlines insulting. These women have careers of their own, so why are they being defined by their boyfriends and ex-boyfriends?

These ladies have their fantastic career on their own, they don’t need this kind of headline. I found this is as insulting. Even for those who aren’t as famous as these two, don’t deserved to being keep linked with their boyfriends, husbands or ex co-stars. I. mean in real life, I would also prefer to be known as myself alone, and not as someone’s woman.

If it was a non-celebrity who was just doing like a one-off article of their family (like “Choi Ji-woo’s husband opens up about how they met”) I could understand, but otherwise, I agree with you. No one should be forced to be mainly/solely defined by their partner.

Ugh, I agree. Both women are far more powerful and popular right now than the men they are linked with.

The perks of being female. :/ Which site are these headlines posted on?

Korea Portal. I’ve never heard of them before but a beanie posted an article I wanted to read and saw these headlines at the end.

Ew. 🙁 Nothing wrong with being a girlfriend or ex, but why reduce these wonderful ladies to who they are/we’re dating? Silly people.

I dislike the overall gossipy way most media aimed at women present their content. I really really really dislike the X “reveals” so and so.

Wow, what kind of intro is this…. 😶
Instead of “successful actress/model/idol” they are shown as somebody’s ex…that’s all there is to a woman?? Somebody’s ex…..
