That sucks. My job has a “sink or swim” model where they like as many projects on you and wait to see you fair. My company doesn’t support anyone except the management- no one else matters. I hope you find a better job. I keep telling myself that life is too short and I am too precious not to be appreciated. Take care!
I can not fully say leave or stay as I do not know the nature of your work but only You can decide whether to leave or stay. Whenever I am faced with this type of decision, I try to be rational and logical by writing down the pros and cons. then, you can weigh it, to see which side is better.
Never the less, whatever decision you decide to take, I will support and cheer you on….

I am thinking of leaving work. They have turned irrational and unfair in who they let go and who they support. gender biased, too.
