MTG with Shen Yue as ShanChai would be the Chinese version. Based on these characters names I think this is a Japanese version?

that’s what I thought, but I’ve been wrong about names before in dramas, so I didn’t want to assume. Which I did, thus I look like an idiot. 🙂

It’s Hana Nochi Hare based off the manga after Boys Over Flower,same title if I remembered correctly. This Jdrama is set few years after F4 graduated.
